The media personality recently admitted that he is struggling to maintain his new lean physique after a whopping six stone weight loss.

Speaking to Ross Kemp on his podcast The Kempcast, Chris confessed that he still suffers from body dysmorphism despite having shrunk from 18 stone to 12 stone.

The comedian explained his strict regimen of weighing himself daily and barely eating all day Monday to Friday, before enjoying himself over the weekend.

He said: “Before closing I would do the show on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we would have a quick meeting… and then I would go to the gym and I would train 11-12 or 11-1 depending on how fat I felt. I feel really fat right now!

“I’m fascinated by body dysmorphism because I really have a problem with body dysmorphism, which I think most people have. I lost six stones from my worst weight when I was 18 stones!

“I know my body very well now and I’m still learning. I don’t have the metabolism of an 18 year old girl or boy, I just don’t have that.

He continued: ‘I will, and people don’t believe me, but I weigh myself six days a week, and I know you shouldn’t and I know it’s not for everyone, but I do that so I can learn how my body works.

“I’m going to train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and I watch what I eat and eat very little. I do intermittent fasting and I eat at 6:30 PM or 7:00 PM and I’ll be fine. That’s what I have to do for the weekends I have.’
