A man has died after falling from a balcony in Brisbane.
Emergency services were called to an address on Manning Street in South Brisbane shortly after midnight on Monday after the man fell from the seventh floor.
The 20-year-old man from Logan Central was pronounced dead at the scene.
It appears he was standing on the balcony with a group of people when he fell.
Queensland Police remained at the scene early Monday morning and said the death was not being treated as suspicious.
A report is being prepared for the coroner.
