Sparkle has confirmed three ARC PRO B60 graphics cards, designed for professionals who work in AI, Engineering and Media Production, based on Intel‘s Battlemage Architecture.
The series includes a 24 GB models in Blower style, a 24 GB passively cooled version and a 48 GB Dual-GPU card with fan cooling.
The ARC Pro B60 line is not aimed at gamers. Instead, these cards are designed for workstation and AI Inserveing workload that require more memory than consumer options such as the ARC B580, which submits an application at 12 GB.
Only the second dual-gpu bow pro card
Each B60 GPU offers 24 GB GDDR6 memory, where the Dual-GPU model combines two chips on one board to deliver 48 GB.
These GPUs use individual memory channels and do not bundle memory or split-driving tasks, in contrast to gaming-oriented multi-GPU designs.
The Dual-GPU version shares a single PCIE 5.0 X16 interface with both chips that each visit 8 jobs.
Sparkle’s design is the second dual-gpu bow pro card afterwards Maxsun’s 400W model. The Taiwanese company claims a total administrative power of 300 W for its Dual-GPU variant, while the Single-GPU version 200W uses.
Although specifications for the 48 GB card are still being completed, both configurations have 20 XE-Cores and 160 XMX AI engines per GPU, making high-throughput Int8 performance of a maximum of 394 tops possible.
The architecture also supports Ray Tracing and AV1 gear through Intel’s XE Media Engine.
The passive model seems to be focused on server and enterprise implementations and will probably not be sold to DIY users. When Vi’artocardiCardz was able to be able to do indicates that similar approaches have been followed by other suppliers, including Asrock.
Linux Multi-GPU support and on compatibility of APEAPI make the new maps a solid choice for scalable AI setups. Pro drivers promise reliable performance with professional software, while consumer drivers add flexibility for game functions and lighter workloads.
