Speech experts reveal whether Donald Trump or Kamala Harris is more exhausted and panicky about the election results

Body language experts have analyzed the latest rallies of US presidential candidates and said some appear more exhausted than others.

Both Vice President Harris, 60, and former President Trump, 78, continued campaigning on the eve of election day, slander each otherand pitch their visions for the future to a mass of voters.

Experts told DailyMail.com that Mr Trump – who made four rallies on Monday compared to Harris’s five – appeared to be “low on energy” while Ms Harris “fueled the momentum”, although she looked quite tired herself.

This follows an analysis of the two candidates’ speech patterns, which showed Trump showing slightly more signs of panic as the polls approached.

Using artificial intelligence, the site WordTips found that 21.2 percent of Trump’s words and 19.3 percent of Harris’ words showed signs of stress when spoken without a script.

Meanwhile, Blair Huddy, CEO of PR strategy firm Hudson Davis Communications, said the Harris campaign’s messages during its blitz on Monday were “on point” while Trump’s were “garbled and confusing… his communication style was low energy .’

Dr. Robi Ludwig, a psychotherapist based in New York City, said Harris seemed more “cut down” and “together” than her opponent last night, adding that she “has a script that she sticks to to stay on message.”

Dr. Ludwig said Trump’s meandering speeches on Monday reflect numerous factors that are not working in his favor: his advanced age, constant attacks on his character, two assassination attempts and the fact that he is in less than optimal physical condition.

She said, “Sometimes when you’re exhausted, you’re less regulated, and that includes his kind of long conversations.

“He seems to enjoy it; he loves the audience. But there are other factors he has to deal with that are very different. And during his meetings he speaks for the entire two hours.’

She added that his meetings aren’t really focused on entertainment; it’s more about him talking directly to the audience and connecting in a raw, unpolished way.

While he seems to enjoy interacting with his audience and sometimes brings guests along to talk to him, it’s easy to imagine that this approach could be more exhausting than Harris’s, who sticks to the script, keeps its message concise and whose meetings are: according to Dr. Ludwig, a ‘well-oiled machine.’

Trump held rallies on Monday in Raleigh, North Carolina, Reading, Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Ms. Harris, meanwhile, rallied voters in Scranton, Allentown, Reading, Rankin and Philadelphia, all in Pennsylvania.

After analyzing both sets of speeches, Lakesha Cole, who has worked with politicians as the founder of PR agency ShePR, told DailyMail.com thatWhile Trump’s demeanor is typically bombastic, defiant and spectacle-driven, he seemed much more subdued on Monday, often in a low, wistful tone.

But Ms. Cole added that there is no doubt that both candidates, including Harris, are tired.

“It’s hard to believe that both candidates aren’t suffering from serious fatigue or exhaustion right now.

“One of them has been running for president for almost nine years, while the other is sprinting to catch up in just over a hundred days.

It’s also worth noting, experts say, that at age 78, Trump can be expected to show some energy deficits.

The busy schedule he has maintained in recent weeks has led to little sleep and a lot of physical exertion.

VP Harris, meanwhile, has had just 100 days to Trump’s four years to rally voters and win the favor of those who remain undecided.

Ms Cole added: ‘Considering how intense that is, it’s almost impossible to imagine her not being exhausted. The pace, pressure and demands of the campaign trail would exhaust anyone.”

During a speech on October 31, the 60-year-old looked gaunt and exhausted, and a stolen yawn at Marine two days earlier pointed out the obvious: the veep needs more sleep.

Some clues point to the overall stress levels of each campaign in the run-up to the election, ranking them according to vocabulary.

WordTips’ analysis of the language of the 2024 US presidential candidates found that Donald Trump has one of the smallest vocabularies, with approximately 409 unique words per 1,000 words.

The analysis of stress levels showed that Donald Trump shows relatively few signs of stress in his language use, which could reflect confidence in his speaking style.

However, Kamala Harris is showing moderate stress indicators, possibly indicating a more cautious or carefully measured approach.
