“The findings of this investigation and any subsequent recommendations must be made available to supporters.
“The CST invites all supporters from who attended the fixture on Thursday to submit written, photographic and video evidence that they recorded during the fixture.

A Chelsea statement was: “We will look at all ticket schemes after the competition of this evening and commit to making all necessary changes after this assessment.
“We will also share all our findings with the Fan Advisory Board.”
