Stylist reveals the fashion trends to follow if you want to look luxurious this summer – and the bank doesn’t have to break

We will go to the summer season and fashionistas will put pressure on their cupboards to keep track of the trends.
Stick to softer to colour And delicate patterns can help to elevate your ensembles in the warmer months, whereby stylists are described how you can put together a luxurious outfit – without necessarily breaking the bank.
A Trend on the way to the Hoofdstraat Is Boho; A revival of the free -spirited aesthetics with its suede boots, smooth dresses and very extra large sunglasses.
It is a softer, more refined version of the noughties – atmosphere – defined by wavy sleeves and flowing layers, and certainly spearhead led by Paris designer Chloé.
At two ends of the spectrum, both Mocha Brown and Soft Pastels have their moment, with brands that design shoes, bags and accessories in the unusual shades.
Award -winning personal stylist Lisa Talbot notes that ‘Dusty Pinks, Pale Lemon, Mint and Sky Blue are trending and perfect for that elegant summer atmosphere’.
“Stay with one or two shades per outfit to prevent them from looking over,” she said.
The stylist also told Femail that it is oversized, structured shirt back this season – but stay with pinstripes, soft pastel colors or fresh white tones.

Boho Chic
One of the most striking trends of summer is a revival of Boho.
But instead of the noughties style that we all know and that we love, this 2025 version has a ‘modern, edited twist’, says stylist in the UK Rochelle White.
She told Femail: ‘It has passed from the frayed seemed more elegance, thinking less festival more Ibiza or Gallery Openenvibe.
‘Many brands have understood that, just like Chloe, because they seem to have created the modern boho -chic with brand Ulla Johnson that helps to define it again.
“With better designs, craftsmanship that really plays in contemporary adaptation plays.”
Soft pastel colors
It is not uncommon for pastel colors to fill the Hoofdstraat during this time of year.
But, Rochelle notes, this summer leans in the softer, subtle shades.
She explains that there are many dusty or light colors, such as blue, blush pink, lavender and buttery yellow. ‘
Rochelle said, “White I believe I will always have a place, but for people who are looking for and want more color, without being too clear, these are great alternatives.”
Statement shirt
Another trend on the way to stores on time for the summer is the oversized, structured shirt look.

Although it is a classic style, Lisa recommends that you hold fashionistas’Pinstripes, soft pastel colors or crispy white for maximum impact ‘this season.
Custom made linen
Linen is a staple in the summer and helps you keep cool on long, hot days.
Most can opt for chic linen pants, but personal stylist Lisa Talbot told Femail that are customized pieces for the coming season.
She said: ‘Linen is a summer staple, but choose custom made linen pieces – such as moisture jackets or blazers – instead of slouchy fits.
“You are still cool, but you look infinitely more polished.”
Wighakken
Wedges are the Perfect summer alternative for heels.
They are not only more comfortable, but they mate effortlessly with the linen, midi skirts and flowing, boho-style dresses that are expected to be all furious this season.
Rochelle said to Femail: ‘We love comfort, because Lockdown -heels are going backwards, but wedges are just as popular as always.
‘For most people they are both comfortable and practical.
“De Wig can really be combined with everything and can be combined with everything from long shorts to boho chic to a slip dress.”
Mokka Brown
In contract for the light shades and soft pastel colors, Mocha Brown is ready to be popular.
The palette is spotted on dresses, shoes and bags – with Gedempte Bruin and camels that are also more popular in the Hoofdstraat.
Rochelle explained: ‘There has also been a wage increase in more muted brown and camels, as well as coffee colors with mocha and taupe also a new go.
‘This really supports the quiet luxury and softness that seems to be popular this summer.
“Very in line with Boho Chic, the color palettes reflect that more color is being sought, but in a much more muted and not so loud way.”
Long shorts
Whether it is denim, linen or cotton, Bermuda style shorts grow in popularity.
Rochelle explains that this longer shorts can be dressed for the night, or down for the day.
She said: ‘Styling can come from a basic vest top, relaxed shirt or blazer. Depending on the chosen style, they can be perfect for a more tailor -made work look or a day in a beach club.
“Some people feel that this season is hero pieces for a wardrobe because they are so versatile.”
Complicated details
Clothing with complicated details in lace and crochet also make a comeback in 2025.
Rochelle explains that it brings ‘an element of personalization and texture’ to another simple summer outfit.
She said, “The great thing about this is that it can be used to add texture to outfits or even the perfect summer vacation to be suitable for about beachwear.
‘I feel that this really nostagle and with coordetets are used, two pieces and more structured. Adds a little drama to an outfit in any way. ‘
