Ian Ziering spoke out after he was involved in a shocking daytime brawl with a group of mini bikers in Hollywood on New Year’s Eve.

The Beverly Hills 90210 alum, 59, took his Instagram on Monday to share details of the “alarming incident” and update fans on the status of his 12-year-old daughter, Mia, who was in his car at the time of the altercation.

“While stuck in traffic, my car was aggressively approached by one of these drivers, leading to a disturbing confrontation,” he began. ‘To assess any damage, I got out of my car. This action unfortunately escalated into a physical altercation, which I went through to protect myself.”

A video of the violent episode shows the star clashing with four motorcyclists who exchanged punches and kicks before sprinting across the street on Hollywood Boulevard.

“I am relieved to report that my daughter and I are both completely unharmed, but the incident has left me deeply concerned about the growing audacity of such groups to disrupt public safety and peace,” Ziering added on Instagram.

‘This situation highlights a wider problem of hooliganism on our streets and the need for effective law enforcement responses to such behaviour.’

“As a citizen and as a parent, I find it unacceptable that groups can freely engage in this type of behavior, which causes fear and chaos, while the response from the authorities appears inadequate,” he continued, before urging law enforcement to “decisively to take action’. ‘

“I have always been an advocate of standing up to harassment and misconduct, and this incident reinforces my belief in the importance of personal and community safety.”

A source told DailyMail.com that Ziering is “doing well” following the incident.

It was not immediately clear Sunday evening whether anyone had been arrested in connection with the incident. TMZ reported, noting that “an official report” lists the Newark, New Jersey-born actor “as a victim” in the incident.

In an additional video published by the outlet, Ziering appeared to comfort Mia, who appeared visibly upset.

Police told the station they are investigating the incident and are communicating with the people involved in the incident, which happened Sunday around 3 p.m. near the famous corner of Hollywood and Highland, just along the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Sources told the station that Ziering’s “vehicle … was possibly struck” before the conflict was caught on camera during the incident.

But 39-year-old Mohammed Ghani was hiding a dirty secret: that as a young man he seduced a young girl into tolerating humiliating sexual abuse by his older brother and other associates.

It is a shame that has ‘devastated’ his elderly Pakistani-born businessman father Abdul and his mother, community members told MailOnline this week.

“I have known Abdul and Shamin for many, many years, so the news that two of their sons were involved in this kind of thing must have come as a big shock,” said Maqbool Ahmed, 71, their longtime neighbor on a quiet street. , chic part of Rochdale.

“They will be devastated and have daughters of their own.”

Girl A said that Mohammed Ghani would pick her up from school while she was still wearing her school uniform. He would regularly have sex with her and persuade her to have sex with his friends.

He later encouraged her to have sex with his cousin, who was in his 30s and on vacation from Pakistan, on the grounds that he had “never had sex with a white girl before,” the lawsuit said.

Asked about Ghani’s role in the company this week, a woman at the warehouse declined to comment.

A D.C. mother has reported her 12-year-old son, suspected to be a car thief, to police after his 13-year-old accomplice was shot and killed by an off-duty officer, believed to be the intended victim.

The boy, whose identity is not known, was brought before the juvenile court on Wednesday afternoon.

His mother called police on Oct. 31 after seeing a photo authorities shared of the suspect and recognizing the juvenile.

Police used the 12-year-old’s clothing, including a black hoodie, light gray sweatpants and Jordan sneakers with a reflective tongue, to link the boy to the crime.

His alleged accomplice who was shot and killed is 13-year-old Vernard Toney Jr. Toney was described by his school principal as “a bright and talented student.”

An alternative tracking device for Android users is the Tile tracker, which will also be distributed at the same events. They function the same as AirTags.

Bowser also told the audience that dashcams will be distributed to truck and delivery drivers next week for their safety.

The girl was found in the flat covered in bruises and chemical burns with her feet handcuffed to the bed, according to police.

Investigations conducted after she was rescued also confirmed that she had been sexually assaulted.

Detective Joao Guilherme Medeiros told media: “The victim stated that Bittar had touched her private parts and she was forced to touch his genitals.

“The girl said he threatened her all the time and said she would be his sex slave. He also filmed the abuses against the student and sent it to his girlfriend. The victim told us he mentioned Geisy’s name on the phone.”

When police first confronted Bittar, he denied everything and claimed the girl in his flat was a cousin, but later confessed, saying he had considered ‘chemical castration’.

During a search of Bittar’s flat, electric shock devices, cameras, sex toys and pornographic material were found.

A jerry can of petrol was also found at the scene, leading police to suspect that he intended to burn the girl’s body after he raped her.

Police say the pair spent three days searching the school for a victim prior to the alleged crime.

Medeiros told local media: “We have footage of him putting the suitcase in the EcoSport since Monday, September 26. The planning of the crime is very clear.

“He actually had another girl in mind, a 13-year-old, who has already been interviewed by our team.

‘This potential victim was known to the co-defendant because she had lived near Daniel’s girlfriend. This girl was their target.

“For some reason, on June 28, they changed their mind and went to the school in Luziania and observed children and teenagers at first, then on a nearby street they approached the victim we found in captivity.”

Bittar told officers it was his first crime, but police say there are indications he may have committed other crimes with the help of his girlfriend.

Vieira, meanwhile, claims she was coerced by Bittar, but the police don’t believe her.

Bittar was fired as an IT technician at Banco de Brasilia on June 29 after the matter came to light.

In addition to his work, he also did volunteer work in children’s hospitals and is the father of a girl.

Vieira is now a mother of two children and presented herself as a Christian on social media.

Bittar had posted several social media posts condemning child abuse, including one that read, “Pedophilia is a crime. File a report,” the police said.

Medeiros added: “Pedophiles disguise themselves as good people to approach children. I say they act pragmatically.

“We have come across several such cases. Therefore, parents should be very careful. But even the experienced among us are shocked by what happened.’

The pair are charged with aggravated unlawful deprivation of liberty, sexual abuse of a minor and torture. They risk up to 30 years in prison.
