Alleged double murderer Beau Lamarre-Condon has been officially removed from the NSW Police Force.

Lamarre-Condon is accused of murdering Sydney couple Luke Davies and Jesse Baird with his service weapon while off duty at a Paddington property on February 19.

The couple’s bodies were found on February 27 in surfboard bags on a rural estate in Bungonia near Goulburn, about 200 kilometers south-west of Sydney.

NSW Police confirmed Lamarre-Condon had been removed from the force on Friday.

“Under section 181D of the Police Act 1990, the Commissioner has the discretion to dismiss officers if she has lost confidence in their suitability to continue as a police officer,” the force said.

Detectives allege Lamarre-Condon’s murder of Mr Baird with his police-issued weapon was a premeditated attack following a months-long campaign of “predatory behavior” against the man with whom he had a brief “friends with benefits” relationship.

Police say Mr Davies, a Qantas flight attendant, was killed because he happened to be at the Paddington premises at the time his partner was murdered.

About 12 hours later he is said to have collected the bodies into a white rental van and taken them to a remote farm in Bungonia, about 180 kilometers south of Sydney.

He is said to have returned to the site to move the bodies to another location about 20 minutes away.

Initially, Lamarre-Condon did not want to tell police where their bodies were located and an extensive search was conducted for the couple.

He then spoke with an attorney on February 27, over a week after the alleged murders.

Lamarre-Condon was charged with two counts of murder and is currently in the Silverwater Correctional Complex, in Sydney’s west.

He will appear in court at the Downing Center in Sydney on April 23.

Seeing their furry friend reach Crufts is a moment of pride and joy for any owner. But for those who have rescue dogs, it’s even more special.

Among the rescues participating this year, takes place at Birmingham‘s NEC between March 7-10. is Spaniel Beau from East Yorkshire, who was rescued from ‘terrible circumstances’ by the RSPCA.

The adorable pup – along with 36 other dogs – was found malnourished, dehydrated and surrounded by faeces in Gilberdyke in 2019, but will now compete in the famous dog show.

Before he was adopted, he had ‘never been outside’ and ‘never done anything’, so this is a huge achievement for the dog.

RSPCA Inspector Tom Hutton, who adopted Beau, told the story BBC news: ‘I think this will be the ultimate moment for both of us, from where he came from to now, where he is now.

“Walking around there on national television, competing with some really tall dogs. You couldn’t make it up.’

Indie, a type of greyhound known as Sloughi, is also among the animals that beat the odds and made it to Crufts.

She was found injured, starving and abandoned two years ago after being severely abused.

“Indie was really malnourished and we could see all her ribs and she had cigarette burns on her butt,” her owner Nadiyah Storey explained.

Adding: ‘She was so scared of people and she had been bitten by other dogs so she had purple spray to cover her wounds.

‘It is likely that she was used in the game trade along with hunting dogs.

“Every time we went to pet her, she flinched because she thought she was going to be hit.”

Nadiyah, from Hexam in Northumberland, first looked after Indie before deciding to give her a forever home and adopt her.

Now she is bursting with pride as the puppy will run on the green Crufts runner today.

Indie will compete alongside other dogs in a team of eight as part of the Eclipse Flyball Club, based in Morpeth.

It comes after the team became one of 16 to win their qualifying events last year.

During the event, the dogs must jump over four obstacles, which activate a fly box to release a ball.

They must then return over the same obstacles without dropping the ball, while trying not to collide with the other team’s dog.

Nadiyah recalled, “We’re used to training dogs, but we’ve never had a dog that was so afraid of being touched, so that was so difficult.

‘We took her to a Flyball club to get her socialized and she slowly progressed and then her journey to Crufts began.

‘She’s still reserved around strangers, but once she gets to know them, she’s great. Indie wasn’t very good at Flyball at first, but we stuck with it and she got better and better and here we go to Crufts.

‘Some people at Crufts breed their dogs and sell them for thousands of pounds, so it will be great to have little free Indie there.’

Meanwhile, Buddy, another rescue dog, went from not being able to be in the same room as his owner to running around the agility arena together.

She said they are “so proud of her” and that they “never thought something like this would happen.”

Meanwhile, Buddy, another rescue dog, went from not being able to be in the same room as his owner to running around the agility arena together.

He will also try his luck on the green carpet and compete in the Agility Novice Cup today at 8.15 am.

Buddy’s owner Seb Thomas, from Bridgwater, Somerset, took him in in 2018 after finding him on a Facebook rescue site.

“I went up to him, he was running away from us, growling at our other dogs, so I thought that looked like a challenge, let’s give it a try,” he said ITV News.

The proud owner recalled: ‘He had a lot of problems, skinny little thing, terrible coat, a bit biting, and now he is happy and hardly leaves our side.

‘He will do anything we want and is almost the perfect companion. It has been many years of hard work, but very worth it.’

Seb works full-time at a car dealership and uses the agility training in his spare time.

He revealed that it is a ‘huge achievement to have qualified’ and that all they can wish for is to ‘have fun on the day’.

Adding: ‘A little rescue dog who gets 15 to 20 minutes of agility training a week, in addition to his exercises, to get up there and compete against some of the guys who probably do it a lot more than us. I think it will be fantastic, so that’s huge.

“My only ambition was to one day make a grand final with him and we did it, so I’m over the moon about that.

“We’ve done everything we wanted and if we do anything else, I’m made up.”

Every year the international dog show Crufts sees thousands of puppies of all shapes and sizes come from all over the world to one place to take part in a variety of competitions and shows.

Owners and pets will compete in categories such as agility and obedience from Thursday, with the world-class Best In Show title awarded on Sunday.

Crufts has been around since 1891 and is currently organized by The Kennel Club – it is considered the most prestigious dog competition in the world.

Channel 4 and More 4 will be broadcasting the action over four days, if you want to see Indie, Buddy and Beau on the infamous green carpet.

  • Beau Lamarre-Condon charged with murder
  • Jesse Baird and Luke Davies were allegedly murdered on February 19

A former police officer immediately called CrimeStoppers after becoming concerned about Beau Lamarre-Condon’s alleged behavior when he showed up at her home, police say.

Beau Lamarre-Condon allegedly drove the van to Newcastle, 165km north of Sydney, arriving at the home of police officer Renee Fortuna (pictured) around 8.30pm, where he allegedly borrowed a hose to clean the vehicle

Police will allege the 28-year-old shot officer Jesse Baird, 26, and Luke Davies, 29, with his service weapon at the Channel 10 presenter’s Paddington home in Sydney’s east on Monday, February 19.

He then allegedly hired a white rental van to remove the couple’s bodies before driving to Renee Fortuna’s home in Lambton, Newcastle, on Thursday evening, where he asked to borrow a hose to clean the vehicle.

At the time of the visit, a massive and highly publicized search was underway for the two men after they were reported missing on Wednesday when their bloodied belongings were found in a bin in Cronulla, in Sydney’s south.

Deputy Commissioner Michael Fitzgerald said Fortuna’s tip Thursday evening was crucial to the investigation.

Beau Lamarre-Condon (photo) has been charged with two counts of murder

“After the suspect visited her home, she became suspicious of his motives and (about) some of his statements,” police will allege.

“She then immediately contacted Crime Stoppers.”

Ms Fortuna, who had previously left the force, is not accused of any wrongdoing or any knowledge of the alleged killings.

Police will allege Lamarre-Condon was in love with Baird and had stalked the Channel 10 presenter in recent weeks before plotting to kill him.

In the previous days, he allegedly stole bullets from a shooting range to later refill his service weapon, and bought a surfboard bag to dispose of the body.

Police will argue that Mr Davies was not an intended target but happened to be at the house when Lamarre-Condon broke in to commit the murder at around 9.50am last Monday.

Lamarre-Condon then allegedly shot them both, wrapped their bodies in tarpaulin and then hid them at the back of the property before renting a van to pick up the bodies later that evening.

Jesse Baird (left) and Luke Davies (right) had only recently started dating

Police will allege he spent the next few days working to cover up his crimes: buying supplies to dispose of the bodies, dumping the men’s bloodied belongings in a garbage bin and sending text messages from Mr Baird’s phone to loved ones .

He also allegedly bought a second surfboard bag for his unintended victim.

Lamarre-Condon then allegedly drove with another girlfriend – who police said was an “innocent” party unaware of the situation – to a private property in Bungonia, where he dumped the bodies while leaving her at the gate for 30 minutes kept waiting.

Police will allege he later returned to the property and moved the men to another location 20 minutes away on Jerrara Road after the friend became suspicious of his actions.

Lamarre-Condon turned himself in to police last Friday and was charged with two counts of murder. He is currently in protective custody at the Silverwater Correctional Centre.

He will appear at Sydney Downing Center Local Court on April 23.

  • Beau Lamarre-Condon is said to have killed a couple with three bullets
  • Reportedly stole bullets from the shooting range to replace them
  • The gun was returned to the Miranda Police Department, detectives allege

Beau Lamarre-Condon allegedly fired three rounds from his police-issue Glock pistol to kill Jesse Baird and Luke Davies, a court hearing will allege.

Prosecutors will allege in court that Mr Baird, 26, and Mr Davies, 28, were killed with three separate shots at Mr Baird’s home in Paddington, Sydney.

It was revealed on Thursday morning that NSW Police will allege in court that Lamarre-Condon then used bullets stolen from a shooting range to reload the firearm.

Prosecutors will allege in court that Jesse Baird, 26, (left) and Luke Davies, 28, (right) were killed with three separate shots at Mr Baird’s home in Paddington in Sydney’s east

Officer Lamarre-Condon then allegedly checked the weapon at the Balmain police station.

The details of the alleged police case against Lamarre-Condon were first reported by Radio 2GB’s Ben Fordham.

He said police would further allege that Constable Lamarre-Condon used bullets stolen from a shooting range a fortnight before the murder to refill his weapon, so as not to arouse suspicion among his police superiors when the weapon was returned.

Police allege the gun was taken from Miranda Police Station on Friday evening and stored at Balmain Police Station on Monday evening after the alleged murders.

It was then reportedly returned to Miranda Police Station on Tuesday, with the magazine full, as if no shots had been fired.

Police Commissioner Karen Webb (pictured) is under fire for gun handling protocols that allow a police-issued weapon to disappear for days

Police Chief Karen Webb has come under fire for gun handling protocols that allow a police-issued weapon to disappear for days.

Speaking to ABC’s 7.30 on Wednesday evening, Ms Webb explained that officers could keep a gun overnight at a police station or in an approved safe at home; However, they must get permission from their superiors.

She did not comment on claims surrounding Officer Lamarre-Condon’s gun stash, saying it would be part of the investigation.

Lamarre-Condon has been charged with two counts of murder and will appear in court at a later date.

More to come.

Beau Lamarre-Condon’s tattooed, dreadlocked sister was the accused killer’s loyal sidekick as the pair stalked celebrities across Sydney, Daily Mail Australia can reveal.

Jamila Lamarre-Condon, 25, was often spotted with her brother at celebrity spots as the Hollywood-obsessed siblings chased down stars to post selfies on social media.

But she has now deleted her Facebook posts after being confronted by a neighbor of one of the men alleged to have killed her brother – after making a bizarre request as detectives searched for their bodies.

Beau Lamarre-Condon, 28, has been charged with killing Channel Ten reporter Jesse Baird, 26, and his Qantas flight attendant friend Luke Davies, 29, on Baird’s rented patio in Paddington, in Sydney’s east, last Monday .

The senior NSW Police officer is said to have shot the pair dead with his Glock service pistol before driving 180km south with a female acquaintance – who is not Jamila – to hide the bodies near Bungonia, in the Southern Tablelands.

Lamarre-Condon and his female passenger allegedly stopped to buy an angle grinder and padlock before the officer used the tools to gain access to a private road on a remote property full of dams.

Jamila Lamarre-Condon, 25, was often spotted at celebrity spots with her brother Beau Lamarre-Condon (pictured together) as the pair chased celebrities for selfies

Detectives allege he left the female acquaintance alone for 30 minutes while he drove away in the van to dispose of the bodies before returning to Sydney with her.

Police have declined to identify the female passenger, but insist she is an innocent party assisting the investigation and was unaware of what Lamarre-Condon allegedly did.

He is now in Silverwater prison awaiting trial after detectives finally discovered the bodies stuffed into surf bags and buried in a shallow grave under rocks and rubble in rugged bush on Tuesday.

Before joining the NSW Police in 2019, Lamarre-Condon was known in Sydney for chasing celebrities and posting selfies with the stars.

Now close friends have revealed he was often accompanied by his sister Jamila as the pair stalked celebrities including Katy Perry and Harry Styles.

The brother and sister are said to be inseparable and were often seen in Sydney hoping to ambush celebrities.

“They were chasing all the boy bands and pop stars like 1D and Justin Bieber,” said a close friend.

‘They went out two to three times a week. Between actors and musicians, they went out to meet everyone who was in town.”

The friend said Lamarre-Condon would even interview his celebrity sister for videos on his gossip website ThatsTheTea.com.

He added: “Jamila was kind and calm.

“It was a typical brother-sister relationship: he was always bossy and controlling… and they fought with each other all the time.”

Another celebrity stalker who knew the pair added: ‘They used to be big on the chase scene.

‘You often saw them outside together. I don’t think they are as close today as they used to be.

‘She had children and now has a family – so she stopped chasing celebrities, but Beau just kept going.’

The siblings grew up together with their single mother Coleen in Kirrawee and Grays Point, in Sydney’s south.

At one point, Jamila worked at McDonald’s at Sydney Airport before briefly moving to London, where she met a partner and reportedly had a child.

She returned to Australia and worked for the NSW Police as a radio dispatcher, but was fired after refusing to be vaccinated against Covid.

She allegedly told police that the vaccine was ‘unsafe’ and ‘ineffective’ and endangered her life and health.

Ms Lamarre-Condon is currently registered as living in a unit in Zetland, in the city’s south, but on Monday joined the Facebook community group for Nimbin, the hippie community 750 kilometers north of Sydney.

And as police divers searched Bungonia’s remote dams in vain for any trace of the missing men, while detectives searched nearby bushland, Ms Lamarre-Condon made a bizarre request online.

She asked the group for advice on clearing an acre of brush that was overgrown with grass and weeds.

But when challenged about her relationship with her brother, Ms. Lamarre-Condon, heavily tattooed and sporting dreadlocks, deleted her post and closed her Facebook account.

She had only joined the Nimbin group on the Monday she posted, but coincidentally it was spotted by a neighbor of Mr Baird.

“It seemed strange to me that she would post about something so trivial, days after her brother was accused of double murder,” the neighbor said.

“I responded to the comment and said, ‘Aren’t you Beau’s sister?’ whereupon she quickly deleted the message.

“She deleted the message as soon as I asked about Beau. I’m not sure why I confronted her about it, but I was just really surprised by her post.”

A NSW Police spokesperson declined to comment, adding: “That is not information we have or are aware of and cannot confirm.”

Daily Mail Australia is not suggesting that Jamila Lamarre-Condon was in any way involved in her brother’s alleged crimes.

Daily Mail Australia has attempted to contact Ms Lamarre-Condon about her relationship with her brother.

The bodies of Jesse Baird and Luke Davies lay hidden behind a pile of dirt on a quiet gravel path for days – with detectives likely passing the site several times as they investigated a nearby location during their week-long search for the two men.

Their remains were exhumed on Tuesday, more than a week after their alleged murder by Beau Lamarre-Condon – who ultimately decided to cooperate with police from behind bars after speaking with a lawyer..

Mr Lamarre-Condon – who was a senior officer in the NSW Police at the time of the alleged double murder but has since been dismissed without pay – is accused of using his police-issued Glock pistol to gun down the couple shooting at Baird’s rental terrace in Paddington, inner Sydney, on February 19.

The two men’s bloodied clothes were reportedly thrown into a bin in Cronulla, almost 20 miles away, before their bodies were hidden in surfboard bags.

Police allege Mr Lamarre-Condon then hired a white Toyota HiAce van from Sydney Airport and took the bodies about 180km south-west of Sydney to the small town of Bungonia, in the southern Tablelands, and placed them in a shallow grave on a fence. on the Jerraraweg.

The temporary grave site was more of a gravel niche next to the entrance to the Greek Orthodox Holy Monastery of St. Fanourios Church.

The police are said to have unknowingly driven past the bodies several times earlier this week during a search of another building, about 20 minutes to the south.

A team of police officers searched the bushland surrounding the site for evidence on Wednesday, with the help of a sniffer dog, picks and rakes.

Several items found near the bodies have now been collected as part of the investigation.

Heartbroken relatives of Mr Baird, who traveled to the area from the highway, attended the scene under police guard on Tuesday evening.

Family members spent about 15 minutes with Mr. Baird’s body before driving away.

Meanwhile, shattered friends of Mr Baird and Mr Davies gathered at Bronte Beach for a vigil.

The bodies were then taken to Lidcombe mortuary, in Sydney’s west, while detectives remained at the scene in Bungonia.

Lamarre-Condon handed himself in at Bondi police station last Thursday before being charged with two counts of murder on Friday.

Police found the remains at 1pm on Tuesday and contacted the families of Baird and Davies shortly afterwards.

Lamarre-Condon’s case is before the judge.

The NSW Police Commissioner has doubled down on saying she is “grateful” to have charged double murderer Beau Lamarre-Condon with assisting police.

Police Chief Karen Webb came under fire last night from Mitch Swanson, a close friend of Jesse Baird, after announcing that police had found the remains of Baird and Luke Davies in surfboard bags at a property in remote Bungonia, NSW Southern Tablelands.

In an interview with the Today Show on Wednesday morning, Commissioner Webb doubled down on her comments, telling host Sarah Abo that it was the families of the alleged victims who were grateful their remains had been found.

It comes as Commissioner Webb dismissed criticism of her leadership with a quote from Taylor Swift, saying ‘haters love to hate’, and caused uproar by describing the incident as a so-called ‘crime of passion’.

Police Commissioner Karen Webb appeared to double down on her controversial comment about being ‘very grateful’ to accused double murderer Beau Lamarre-Condon

Sarah Abo asked Webb about the controversy over her handling of the alleged double murder in a week full of apparent blunders by the top cop

Abo told Commissioner Webb, “Now you’ve personally come under fire, Commissioner, for some of the language you’ve used – that press conference yesterday felt a little… all over the place in a way.

‘As you have said before, the (alleged) ‘crime of passion’ (comment) is something you regret. Yesterday you said that you were very grateful to the suspect. It’s hard, isn’t it, you have to be in front of the cameras, right?’

Karen Webb commented: ‘I think the comment about being grateful is being grateful that the family now knows, and was able to know yesterday, where their loved ones were.

“If that information didn’t come forward, we would still be searching. So we’re grateful that the information emerged in a way that allowed investigators to act.

“And we were able to tell the families and get the families to their loved ones.”

When asked if she felt comfortable in her role when dealing with the media, Ms. Webb replied: “Of course.”

The latest interview comes in a week where Sunrise’s Natalie Barr lost out at Webb in a trainwreck interview over the top cop’s “haters” comment.

It comes after Baird's friend Mitch Swanson (pictured, left, with Baird) criticized Commissioner Webb's use of the word

The commissioner then bizarrely refused to leave the Sunrise studios for ten minutes because she feared being ambushed by TV cameras outside.

It also comes as insiders have claimed to Daily Mail Australia that while Webb was ‘a very nice person’, she ‘just doesn’t cut it for being a police commissioner’ – and a petition has been launched calls on her to resign.

Mitch Swanson, who was close friends with Baird, was outraged to hear Ms Webb’s apparently ill-considered choice of words, describing it as “grateful.”

“Say how THANKFUL they are for it [Lamarre-Condon] because (allegedly) revealing information is just another blow to his family and friends,” Swanson wrote to friends.

In several online comments (one pictured), Swanson said Baird's loved ones are not

In several online comments (one pictured), Swanson said Baird’s loved ones are not “grateful” to his alleged killer and described the “handling of this” by police as an “absolute train wreck.”

‘The handling by the police is an absolute train wreck.’

Mr Swanson later shared another scathing review of Commissioner Webb’s wording on his Instagram Story.

‘Heartbroken again. The boys have been found,” he said.

“We are in no way ‘grateful’ that the suspect helped police find the bodies of our dear friends.

“What a damn thing to say!”

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Mr Swanson and NSW Police for further comment.
