Month-old robotics center Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center has so far provided minimal details about its latest project to release a prototype humanoid robot for general use.

But it assured that the robot will be created “soon.” South China Morning Mail reports.

The machines are expected to replenish China’s shrinking workforce as the vast economy looks to upgrade its growth engines with new technology-led “productive forces.”

An unnamed source from the Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center told the Beijing Youth Daily: “It is the dream of every humanoid robot company to bring humanoid robots into thousands of households.”

It comes amid China’s fierce ongoing technology war with the United States, and as China faces serious demographic challenges – including a rapidly aging population – and a real estate market crisis.

The center was reportedly established late last year and includes both private and state-owned robot manufacturers.

A source described as a “responsible person” said leading robotics industry experts and researchers at the center were seeking “a common technological platform, public service platform and regulatory standards for the humanoid robot industry.”

They added: “In the future, humanoid robots may enter the automotive industry, 3C manufacturing (computer, communications and consumer electronics) and other fields, further improving the industrial production level.”

There are fears that humanoid robots could be yet another kind of “disruptive innovation” like computers, smartphones and new energy vehicles.

But China hopes to turn the humanoid robot sector into “a major new engine of economic growth” by 2027, according to the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).

The center’s humanoid robots are intended to be a technological convergence of artificial intelligence and new materials, and China hopes to make the country more self-reliant – and competitive with the US.

American companies such as Tesla and OpenAI-backed Figure are already working on humanoid robots.

Tesla’s $20,000 (£16,000) Optimus robot, the prototype of which was unveiled in September 2022, was expected to be mass produced within three to five years.

According to a November report from the Research Institute of People’s Daily Online, China is currently the second-largest holder of patents on humanoid robots, with 1,699, after Japan.

The MIIT announced last year its plans to mass-produce humanoid robots by 2025 – about 500 robots per 10,000 employees.

The company believes the robots will be useful for industries such as healthcare, agriculture and logistics.

New plans suggest that China could soon replace human soldiers with robots in future war scenarios.

Advanced robotic soldiers and high-tech drones are expected to be sent to complex overseas missions within the United States next one 10 years.

A mother accidentally broadcast herself naked in the shower at a funeral while other mourners watched the service via a Zoom livestream.

The service was for a popular father of three after he died following a courageous battle with cancer.

A live stream was organized so that people who could not attend the service in Barnet, North London, could watch from home.

The 48-year-old businesswoman and personal trainer had opened a Zoom link but didn’t realize her camera was on.

When the stream went live, the mother-of-two’s full shower regimen was shown to other stunned mourners watching at home, although thankfully none of those in the church could see her screen.

Footage of the humiliating moment has since gone viral after being heavily shared on WhatsApp.

One mourner wrote at the funeral: ‘There was a bird in the shower.

‘She jumped up at the wake… ten minutes later she was crying her eyes out.’

The mourner also said the woman “showed up at the wake with no idea what had happened.”

Adding: ‘People could zoom in and appear on the live screen.

‘A bird logged in and didn’t realize her camera was on and she was in the shower. Live for the funeral.”

The moment was also picked up by Australian radio hosts Kyle and Jackie O.

A 63-year-old real estate agent and veteran Qantas engineer has been charged over an alleged crash that killed a young lawyer in Sydney.

Mitch East, 28, was found by a passer-by with serious head and chest injuries on Fletcher Street in Tamarama, in the city’s east, just after 4am on Sunday.

The lawyer, a former Harvard Law School student, was reportedly dropped off by an Uber moments before he was allegedly beaten.

Following extensive police investigation, Zisi Kokotatsios – the director of First Impression Property Group – handed himself in at Granville police station just after 11am on Friday.

He was charged with four offences, including negligent driving causing death and driving while using a telephone.

About four hours after the alleged crash, Kokotatsios posted a photo on social media of himself and his partner at a shopping center.

Following his arrest on Friday, his former colleague Marcel Kellerman told Daily Mail Australia their professional relationship ended a year ago, and he couldn’t be happier.

“I ended working with him over a year ago,” Mr. Kellerman said.

“Not doing business with him anymore is the best thing that happened to me.”

His charges include negligent driving causing death, dangerous driving causing death, failure to stop and render assistance after a vehicle collision causing death, and driving with a cell phone.

Kokotatsios was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Bail Court on Saturday morning.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Kokotatsios has worked in various sectors, from hospitality to technology.

He worked as a Qantas engineer between 1989 and 2014, but appeared to be running his own business during that time.

In 2001, he owned a company that sold monitoring systems for transit goods, before switching to a mortgage broker until 2006.

After leaving Qantas, he became the owner of a coffee and tea distribution company, Gourmet Coffee King, before entering the travel industry in 2016 as an ‘innovator’ for Innovators Travel Network.

Kokotatsios then became marketing director for another company he appeared to own in 2017, before becoming senior director of a real estate company in 2021.

Following the alleged collision, police were searching for the driver of a white Subaru Outback, who was seen on CCTV in the area around the same time as the crash.

At the time, NSW Police Inspector Jason Hogan urged the driver to come forward.

“It is a cowardly act to drive away after colliding with another human being,” he told 7News.

“They really need to go to the local police station before we knock on their door.”

A mother has been left red-faced after accidentally filming herself naked in the shower during a livestream of a funeral.

The woman had opened a Zoom link before the start of the service to say goodbye to the deceased.

Thinking the camera was off, the mother-of-two stripped off to take a shower and was completely unaware she was being broadcast in front of a packed church.

Her entire shower regimen was on full display for mourners.

The humiliating moment went viral on WhatsApp and was picked up by radio presenters Kyle and Jackie O, who discussed the horrific blunder on their show on Thursday morning.

“Think about this poor woman… someone in her family died and she would only go to the wake. She was unable to attend the funeral,” host Kyle Sandilands said.

‘But what they did do was zoom in on people who couldn’t attend the service. Unfortunately, the woman arrived a little late, so she started watching the Zoom service while in the shower, shaving her vagina.

‘Unfortunately it was broadcast in the church in front of all the mourners.

“She’s completely naked and everyone is sitting in the church in amazement.”

The service, held in north London, was for a father-of-three after he died following a battle with cancer.

During the funeral service, one mourner recalled on camera that a bird was shaving in the shower.

“She jumped up at the wake… Ten minutes later she was crying her eyes out,” they added, noting that she “showed up at the wake with no idea what had happened.”

“People could zoom in and appear on the live screen,” they continued.

‘A bird logged in and didn’t realize her camera was on and was in the shower shaving her pubic hair.’

Netflix fans have praised a shocking new true crime series that is ‘an absolute must watch’ as they shared their concerns for US intelligence services.

The series unravels the gruesome true story of an investigative journalist who was found dead in a motel bathtub in Martinsburg, West Virginia, in August 1991 after pursuing a conspiracy group.

Danny Casolaro died of blood loss after suffering multiple lacerations to his wrists inflicted by ‘a very sharp object with a knife’ – and local authorities quickly ruled it a suicide.

However, his family and friends have long maintained that he was killed because he was investigating a conspiracy he dubbed The Octopus, involving government officials in secret missions.

In the four-part docuseries, journalist Christian Hansen tries to unravel the mystery surrounding Danny’s death and the conspiracy theory he investigated.

One viewer shared his thoughts on X, writing, “Watching American Conspiracy: The Octopus Murders. The last 15 minutes were nuts. I was so surprised by what happened that I turned it back to watch those few seconds again. Guess what, I was surprised again.

Another said: ‘American Conspiracy, The Octopus Murders on Netflix was really good. I’m not sure I fully understand, it’s 4am and it probably could have been double that. It certainly makes our intelligence agencies look very dirty.”

‘The Octopus Murders on Netflix is an absolute must. I feel like we’re all in trouble right now,” a third person shared.

Someone else wrote: ‘American Conspiracy: The Octopus is an absolutely wild documentary on Netflix.’

‘Stop everything you’re doing and watch American Conspiracy: The Octopus Murders on Netflix. It’s not dramatic, this is insane,” said one fan.

The chilling case began when Danny began investigating a dispute between the Department of Justice and a technology company called INSLAW.

The clash appeared to be over intellectual property rights, but it soon appeared that there was a much more sinister underbelly to it.

After months of investigation, Danny is said to have ended up in a web of “stolen government spy software, a series of unsolved murders and some of the biggest political scandals of the 20th century,” according to Netflix.

The writer believed he had discovered a hidden organization, which he branded as The Octopus, consisting of eight ex-government officials.

Excerpts purportedly from Danny’s investigation, shared in the new docuseries trailer, claim: “These eight men are no longer government officials, but their tentacles can reach into every part of the government in virtually any country.”

The journalist believed the conspiracy all started with Promis – a computer program that sources in the series claimed “enabled the CIA to spy on the intelligence services that had purchased it.”

And it appears the program has been awash in shocking speculation, including that “everyone who worked on it is dead.”

There was a series of them suspicious deaths appear linked, including three men who were fatally shot and another who had a “wire running from around his neck to his ankles.”

Danny became ‘obsessed’ with uncovering the whole story, but never got the chance to complete his investigation.

In the summer of 1991 hHe went to the motel expecting to interview a key source for the story, but would never return.

His death was ruled a suicide, but many believed his wounds were far from self-inflicted – a sentiment echoed by those featured in the upcoming Netflix series.

It just didn’t sit right. In my mind I’m thinking ‘they killed him,'” one commenter pointed out.

“In the book Danny was writing, he starts to investigate these powerful people and realizes there’s something much bigger going on.”

“Most of us were convinced he was hurt for telling this story,” one woman added.

Another man explained, “I told him not to talk to certain people. Not to raise certain issues.’

The trailer ends dramatically with a warning apparently addressed to the documentary makers themselves, stating: “If you think for even a minute that you are going to expose someone, you will be killed.”

AJ is the heavy favorite heading into the clash, which will be only Ngannou’s second professional fight.

In his first, he narrowly lost to Tyson Fury, but shocked the world champion by slamming him to the canvas.

And his trainer Dewey Cooper thinks Ngannou will go one step further by beating Joshua.

He told Air sports: “In the Tyson Fury fight we told you he was going to drop him at least once.

“We told you he could win the fight. We are men, we mean our words. This isn’t poetry, this isn’t fantasy, these are real words from a real person talking to you.

“I know Anthony Joshua is you, so you’re supposed to support him, but just understand what he’s dealing with.

“He’s against a man who proved life was wrong from childhood to youth. From working in the sand mines as a child in Africa, to traveling on foot from Cameroon all the way to France.

“Being stuck in the Sahara desert, he has gone through so many adversities that it is like a movie, and this chapter has not been written – it will be written on March 8 in Saudi Arabia.

CHILLING video has shown the world’s fastest humanoid robot sprinting at full speed.

The terrifying reality comes from Unitree Robotics, whose faceless droid H1 V3.0 Evolution will never tire of running.

The Chinese startup, based just outside Shanghai in Hangzhou, has now broken the Guinness World Record for the fastest full-size humanoid robot.

The company wants to democratize robotics and make them as mainstream and affordable as modern devices such as drones and smartphones.

As a result, they have come up with a robot equipped with an innovative ‘drivetrain’ [that] offers the highest levels of speed, power, agility and flexibility,” according to their website.

Unitree has since released a chilling video of their robot creation reaching a linear walking speed of 12.38 km/h.

In the footage uploaded to YouTube, the improved H1 V3.0 can be seen showing off its range of dynamic movements.

It starts with a quick walk, before then exercising its arms, legs and torso as part of a choreographed dance routine.

A stunning clip also shows the robot leaping into the air and reaching the equivalent height that a human would reach.

If that’s not scary enough, the robot can also walk up and down stairs.

In addition, it can turn in either direction if it is necessary to change course or overcome obstacles.

The previous speed record for a humanoid was set by Atlas of Boston Dynamics, with its ability to move at a speed of 9.59 km/h.

Creepy Future Vision Reveals Silent AI Robots ‘Trained in Minutes’ to Fill and Clean Offices for Your Kids

But Unitree’s 6-foot-long metal frame has eclipsed that, thanks to its gear train and in-house built high-torque hinge motor.

The robot weighs 100 pounds and is also equipped with a depth camera and a 3D LiDAR sensor for vision.

There are five degrees of freedom (DOF) in the joints of the legs and four in the arms, while the hand is replaced by a padded protrusion at the end of the arm.

Perhaps scarier than his ability to run is his inability to tire.

Unlike a human, this bot can keep running without tiring, unless its power source runs out or is destroyed, of course.

This was shown in a separate video in which a Unitree engineer kicks an H1 model as it drives down the street in an attempt to get it to stop.

Yet all these attempts are in vain, because the robot always manages to restore balance after any disturbance.

Furthermore, the assistance of the 3D LIDAR means that inspection errors and time costs can be significantly reduced by automatically planning paths, avoiding collisions and performing highly accurate scans.

Unitree has unveiled their latest iteration in the humanoid robot market and, as expected, it is already in high demand.

With a base price of $90,000 (£70,887), the Chinese company has already started taking pre-orders. Interesting technology report.

However, the price range could go up to $150,000 (£118,146) if demand demands it.

Nevertheless, deliveries are scheduled for mid-2024.

Horrifying new footage shows the moment an NYPD officer fatally shot a man who had his mother in a chokehold while claiming to be armed with a knife.

The terror took place on December 23 in an apartment in The Bronx. In the new bodycam video, officers Alex Morgese and Mohammad Hossain are seen rushing into the house after a 911 call was made about a man behaving violently.

The caller alleged that the suspect, Michael Dotel, “had ingested drugs, was acting violently and was in possession of a knife.” The video begins with police in the hallway of the building in the Bedford section of the violence-plagued neighborhood.

Screams are heard as one of Dotel’s officers demands he let them in. As soon as the door opens, an unidentified person runs out the front door.

The police enter and are greeted by Dotel, 30, who shouts, “Do it right now!” Do it, I challenge you! Do it! She’s going to get it!’

“Do you have a knife in your hand?” Morgese shouts back. ‘Shoot me! Shoot me! Straight away!’ Dotel screams. “Do you have a knife?” Morgese replies. ‘Do it! Do it! Do it!’ is the answer.

‘Where is the knife? Drop the knife?’” Morgese insists. “I have the knife!” the attacker shouts back. ‘Drop the knife! Where is it?’ the officer asks again. ‘Understood!’ says Dotel.

At that moment, Morgese shoots Dotel once, killing him. The two victims who were in the house were his mother, Clary, 45, and his girlfriend, 19.

Clary told the local outlet The Norwood News that she did not believe police handled the incident properly, while adding that she had sought help for her son weeks before the shooting.

He even went to St. Barnabas Hospital to be treated for depression, but said, “They didn’t help me… They didn’t do anything.”

The outlet also posted a photo of a small shrine erected outside his home in Dotel’s memory.

‘To the first love of my life, I can’t believe I’m sitting here writing this. It hurts me that you are no longer with us. He was depressed and had many problems. It’s very sad,” read the message, written by Dotel’s sister.

‘My son went crazy and tried to kill me. I felt like I was having a heart attack,” Clary said ABC New York in an interview at the time of the original incident.

During the altercation he was armed with a meat cleaver which he used to cut his girlfriend in the face. His mother was also bleeding from the neck, officers said.

The suspect was nicknamed “The Hulk” in his community because of his strength and size.

At the time of his death, Dotel was facing three criminal charges, reports said The New York Post. The outlet adds that Dotel had a history of drug use and mental illness.

The building where the shooting occurred, Bedford Greenhouses, is a housing facility for people struggling with drugs and other issues. NYPD officers have been called to the building several times.

According to a crowdfunding page set up to help pay for Dotel’s funeral, his mother said her son has two daughters, aged six months and three years.

A police officer who once dated missing former Channel Ten presenter Jesse Baird  has emerged as a person of interest in the disappearance of Mr Baird and his Qantas flight attendant boyfriend Luke Davies.

The police are trying to find Constable Beau Lamarre, who is reportedly on sick leave, as part of their investigation into the disappearance of Mr Baird and Mr Davies.

The couple’s bloodstained clothes were found dumped in a skip and the TV star’s blood-splattered home 30km away in the upmarket Sydney suburb of Paddington has been declared a crime scene.

It’s understood that Constable Lamarre, who deleted his Instagram account on Sunday night, may be able to assist police with their inquiries. Police are looking to speak to any former partners of the missing pair.

Friends of Mr Baird have told police that he recently expressed concerns that he was being stalked by another man.

Constable Lamarre was once high-flying celebrity blogger who interviewed Hollywood heavyweights on the Golden Globes red carpet.

He recently told friends he was completing a VIP protection module with the cops.  The celebrity chaser was spotted following Kourtney Kardashian on February 15, behind the wheel of a grey Tesla near Rose Bay, in Sydney’s east.

Just a year into the job, a video emerged of him tasering a man in the face during a dramatic arrest in Darlinghurst went viral. He was later cleared by an internal investigation of any wrongdoing,

Constable Lamarre’s mother is a former senior officer within the force.

Mr Baird and Mr Davies are missing from the TV producer’s $3million Federation terrace home in Paddington in Sydney’s east.

Mr Davies, 29, was with Mr Baird, 26, on Monday but the pair then vanished and Mr Davies’ family have been unable to contact him.

It comes as police seized CCTV footage of the couple’s last known whereabouts on Monday night.

The men were captured wandering outside Mr Baird’s Paddington home before heading towards the back of the terrace. Neither have been seen since.

A manhunt was launched after a pile of the couple’s bloodied clothes was found in a large skip bin in the centre of Cronulla in Sydney’s south at around 11am on Wednesday.

Police then raced to Mr Baird’s home in Paddington, where they found a ‘large amount of blood’ and bloodstained furniture.

‘Following inquiries, detectives are looking at a line of inquiry that a third person may be able to assist with the investigation, a police statement read on Thursday night.

‘Police are currently trying to locate him. Detectives will continue to look at all past relationships and associations.’

It was revealed on Thursday night that the AFL has been caught up in the men’s disappearance.

Mr Baird is also an AFL goal umpire who had been appointed to officiate a practice match between the Sydney Swans and Greater Western Sydney Giants game on Thursday.

The AFL confirmed that it contacted his family on Thursday after Mr Baird failed to show up to officiate the match.

Neighbours near Mr Baird’s rented Paddington home heard an argument early on Monday morning but that wasn’t reported to police until they began canvassing the scene two days later.

Police say they’re not excluding any lines of inquiry, however now hold grave fears for both men.

Detectives are said to be seeking Mr Baird and his partner after Mr Davies’ home in Waterloo in Sydney’s inner-south was also found to be empty.

Detective Superintendent Jodi Radmore, Commander of Eastern Suburbs PAC, begged either of the men to make contact but said police now fear for both of them.

When asked if a third person could have been involved in the men’s disappearances, she said that the ‘primary line of inquiry’ was finding the missing men.

‘There has been some sort of incident which has more than likely happened at the Paddington address and that has given us grave concerns for one, possibly both,’ she said.

‘It’s very early stages in the investigation. We are still processing the Paddington address. All lines of enquiry are open.’

She said neighbours had heard some shouting coming from the rented Paddington terrace early on Monday morning, but that was only reported to police on Wednesday.

‘Witnesses reported a verbal argument but it wasn’t reported to police at the time … it was only when police were canvassing that they mentioned it,’ Det Superintendent Radmore said.

Credit cards, wallets, a mobile phone and a $8,000 watch had been found among the bloodied clothes in the skip in Cronulla.

Three cars belonging to the men have also been seized. Their bank accounts haven’t been touched since the weekend.

But Mr Baird’s bloodstained home has sparked serious concern for their fate, she said, admitting there was sufficient blood to believe at least one had suffered a ‘significant injury’.

Mr Baird was reported as being active online on Tuesday night.

Mr Davies last updated his social media five days ago with a series of photographs on Instagram of himself in the mountains around Vancouver in Canada.

Mr Davies grew up in Brisbane and recently moved to Sydney for work, according to friends.

Qantas flight attendant Maddison Bradley – Mr Davies’ best friend – said he was ‘dearly adored’.

‘I hope we find him. He is such a sweet soul!’ she told Daily Mail Australia.

She added: ‘He is a fantastic person, so positive, bright and bubbly. We’ve been friends since 2017.

‘We worked at Tigerair together and then he helped me get into Qantas.

‘He is an international flight attendant for Qantas and he is driven, humble and super intelligent.’

Friend Tomas Mian has known Mr Davies for ten years.

‘Luke has a lot of friends and is very fun social person. He is a kind and generous boy,’ he told news.com.au.

‘He seemed to love his new job. All of his Brisbane friends are in utter shock to only find this out today.’

Sophie Inez added: ‘I spoke to Luke just before he moved from Brisbane to Sydney with work a few months ago.’

‘He was so exited for his next chapter and flying long haul. He’s such a lovely and charismatic person.’

Other concerned friends took to Facebook to spread the word about the missing men.

I knew Luke back in my Brissy days and he recently moved to Sydney (Waterloo, but last seen in Paddington) for work. Please share this post and report any sightings or information, even if it seems insignificant,’ Anna Ghioni wrote.

On February 18, Mr Baird posted pictures of the pair together at Pink’s concert in Sydney two weeks ago.

After three years with Studio 10, Mr Baird left his producer/presenter role with the show in January when it was axed by the network late last year.

He had previously worked as a producer/presenter with Ten’s Totally Wild! show for four years as well as a seven-month stint hosting Gamify! for the network in 2019.

On Thursday, Totally Wild’s Ranger Stacey Thompson said she was stunned.

‘I’m shocked actually,’ she told Daily Mail Australia. ‘I worked with Jesse for a few years and we sat across from one another in the TW office.

‘He was a lovely work friend, always professional and keen to learn. I prefer not to comment further at this time, until more details come to light.’

A woman who lived next to her brother's decomposing corpse for up to five years was once a career-driven retail executive who had a strict religious upbringing.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal exclusive details about the life of the elderly woman at the center of the Victorian 'house of horrors' that shocked Australia this week.

The horrific secret was revealed on Monday when the vision emerged of the woman, known only as Marie, being arrested outside the rat-infested and rubbish-strewn public housing complex in Newtown, in Geelong, south-west of Melbourne.

Police made the gruesome discovery of her late brother Robert's body in late December 2022 after visiting the home on an unrelated matter.

Police broke a glass door panel to gain entry before officers in biohazard suits had to wade through floor-to-ceiling rubbish, rats, dead possums and human feces to reach the skeletal remains of Robert, who had not been seen since 2017.

What the police and first responders discovered was so terrible that it still haunts them to this day.

The house was so full of hoarded things that Marie had been sleeping in a small 'nest' of bedding among the rubbish.

Now a neighbor who took pity on Marie and welcomed the older woman into her home has given Daily Mail Australia an exclusive look into her background.

Belinda Holt said Marie, who is now about 74 years old, became homeless after police fenced off her public housing and ended up sleeping in a park.

In late December 2022, police in biohazard suits were forced to wade through floor-to-ceiling trash, rats, dead possums and human feces to reach the skeletal remains of Marie's brother Robert, who had not been seen since 2017.

Mrs Holt took Marie in just before New Year's Eve 2022 and said she enjoyed 'watching the fireworks on my big screen TV' and revealed part of her life story.

She said Marie and her brother Robert came from an Italian-Australian family who had emigrated in the 1920s and settled in Geelong, where they raised the siblings in a strict Roman Catholic family.

Ms Holt said Marie remembered wearing “a nice dress” to attend social dances as a teenager, but never married or had children.

Instead, she focused on her career and got a job at retailer Myer, where she worked her way up to an administrator role.

Devastated by the death of her grandparents, Marie began to suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorder and other mental health problems, and both she and Robert moved into social housing in Russell Street, Newtown.

After quitting her job, Marie continued working for people in her suburb and cleaning up the neighborhood streets.

Ms Holt said Marie told her: 'It's a working planet, that's what you do.'

“She would clean out people's trash cans and get the gum nuts out of people's gutters and make some money doing it, $20 here and there,” Ms. Holt said.

“I've met (Robert) a few times. He was a hermit. They were both traumatized people.'

The siblings had lived in the house without a telephone and without electricity part of the time.

Mrs Holt said Marie was 'very fit' for her age but suffered from 'detachment disorder' – meaning she could co-exist with her late brother's body in the house.

However, Marie rejected suggestions that Marie 'slept next to his corpse'.

“That's nonsense,” she said, adding that she had seen the “nest” of bedding that made up Marie's bed.

Ms Holt said police had mishandled a 'mental health' case and Marie was effectively left on the street until she took the elderly woman in, clothed her and took her to Centrelink.

'She did not have a Medicare card and did not receive an old-age pension. I pulled some strings and agencies got her shelter pretty quickly, first in a motel. She's in a new place now,” Mrs Holt said.

Ms Holt, who was interviewed by the Victorian coroner's office about Robert's death, said the house had been cleaned and was being renovated to accommodate a new tenant.
