Natalie Portman put aside her personal drama to enjoy a gripping sporting spectacle today when she was pictured smiling happily during an appearance at the French Open – amid reports that her husband of 11 years is having an affair with a younger woman.

The Oscar-winning actress, 41, looked in high spirits as she watched Iga Swiatek and Coco Gauff’s quarterfinals in Paris despite a turbulent week that has thrown her personal life at the center of a raging scandal.

Natalie wore a pretty printed mini dress and a £690 Dior straw hat to keep cool in the sweltering temperatures. Natalie sat next to a male friend, with whom she had an animated conversation.

Natalie was still wearing her antique diamond engagement ring and wedding band just days after reports claimed her husband Benjamin Millepied45, had an affair with a 25-year-old woman.

Last week, Portman and Millepied’s marriage was the subject of an article in the French publication, Voicemailwho alleged that the French dancer and choreographer was having an affair with the younger woman – a climate activist named Camille Étienne.

However, People reported that an insider claimed that the alleged affair with Étienne was “short-lived” and is now “over.”

According to Page sixPortman learned of her husband’s cheating in early March and that the couple had split the previous year, but were able to work through their relationship problems.

And now, after this alleged transgression, they are once again taking steps to do what they can to save the marriage.

A source confirmed to DailyMail.com that the couple, who have been married for over 10 years, are in fact still together.

“He knows he made a huge mistake and he’s doing everything he can to get Natalie to forgive him and keep their family together,” a source revealed to People.

Portman, who was born in Jerusalem, Israel, and Millepied, who is from Bordeaux, France, have two children together: son Aleph, who turns 12 on June 14, and daughter Amalia, six.

They met in 2009 on the set of her psychological horror film Black Swan, for which he choreographed, which resulted in her winning the Oscar for Best Actress for her compelling performance.

The lovebirds got engaged in 2010 and married in 2012 in Big Sur, California.

Millepied returned to choreography in 2018 for Portman’s dark musical drama film Vox Lux, in which she played a woman who survives a school shooting, only to become a pop star.
