Tina Fey and Busy Philipps followed the all-black, elegant dress code for the season three premiere of Girls5Eva, held Thursday at the Paris Theater in Midtown Manhattan.

The 53-year-old Mean Girls producer-actress serves as executive producer of Meredith Scardino’s critically acclaimed musical comedy about a one-hit wonder girl group from the 1990s, starring the 44-year-old Mean Girls actress.

Tina bared more skin than usual, showing off her arms in a button-up vest top, matching pants and pumps selected by stylist Cristina Ehrlich.

Hairstylist Matthew Monzon gave Fey’s signature brunette bob a serious swing, and makeup artist Genevieve Herr styled her kohl-rimmed eyes and bright pink pout.

The nine-time Emmy winner was joined on the purple carpet by her husband of 22 years – Jeff Richmond – who executive produced the music for Girls5Eva.

Tina originally started dating the 63-year-old composer in 1994, while they were working together at The Second City in Chicago.

Fey and Jeff are proud parents of 18-year-old daughter Alice Zenobia Richmond and 12-year-old daughter Penelope Athena Richmond.

Meanwhile, Busy (née Elizabeth) turned heads in a strapless feathered dress.

Philipps accessorized her pretty LBD with pink round earrings, black tights and matching ankle-strap heels, selected by stylist Karla Welch.

Hairstylist Matthew Monzon styled the Illinois-born funny woman’s pink curly bob and makeup artist Kindra Mann applied her glossy white eyeshadow and pink lipstick.

Busy reunited with the other three Girls5Eva girl group members – Sara Bareilles, Renée Elise Goldsberry and Paula Pell – to perform a song.

Philipps plays the wealthy character Summer Dutkowsky, the group’s self-proclaimed “hot one,” in the six-episode third season premiering March 14 on Netflix.

Emmy-winning writer Paula Pell – who plays Gloria McManus – rocked a pair of platform sandals with her ruffled midi dress.

The 60-year-old former SNL writer has been joined since 2017 by her friend – Janine Brito – who serves as a producer, writer and plays Caroline in Girls5Eva.

Katie Holmes proves that a little black dress never goes out of style.

The 45-year-old actress attended the Roundabout Theater Company’s 2024 gala on Monday, March 4, wearing a black sleeveless dress with a high turtleneck and side pockets. She paired the elegant dress with a pair of black peep-toe heels with white roses on them.

For jewelry the Dawson’s Creek alum opted for silver dangling earrings, a silver nose ring and a simple thin bracelet on her right wrist.

Holmes wore her hair loose and parted in the middle. She tied the whole look together with sporting black eyeliner, dark pink lipstick and bronzed cheeks.

In recent weeks, Holmes has kept it simple, mainly opting for all-black outfits for events.

On February 13, Holmes attended the Michael Kors Fall/Winter 2024 fashion show in New York City wearing a black sheer lace dress over a black lace bra.

She completed the monochromatic look with a black blazer, a pair of white strappy heels and a white clutch. She wore her hair in loose waves and applied a touch of bright red lipstick to complete the look.

On February 7, Holmes opted for black again as she attended a Chanel event during New York Fashion Week. She donned a black two-piece set, consisting of a cropped cardigan and matching black trousers with side slits.

She paired the outfit with white and black pumps and a black quilted Chanel bag. She wore her hair in a side braid and made her features stand out with dark red lipstick and smokey eyeshadow.

In an interview with Glamour published on April 12, 2023, Holmes opened about her relationship with fashion. “I enjoy the craftsmanship,” she says. “I like putting things together. And I cooperate [stylist] Brie Welch, and she’s very detailed, and that inspires me. I think it’s very creative. I love vintage shopping. I love the art of design.”

Tonight saw the BRIT Awards return, with the biggest talents in music hoping to be recognised for their creative talent – and many dressing to impress too. 

The ceremony – held at the 02 Arena in London – will be hosted by Maya Jama, Clara Amfo and Roman Kemp. 

There will also be a host of stars performing during the ceremony including Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding. 

But while the stars have undoubtedly put hours into their look, unfortunately, some did not look their best.

Among those who missed the mark are band The Last Dinner Party, Caroline Polachek, and Rebecca Ferguson.

While underwear as outerwear has been a trend on the catwalk, The Last Dinner Party took the look to the extreme, with what appeared to be a Marie-Antoinette-inspired corset-heavy look.

However, even more extreme was singer, writer, and producer Caroline Palochek who opted for an unusual cone bra.

Her cups were in the shapes of horns. She paired the statement piece with a maxi-skirt, which was laced up at each side, and finished her look with a heavy make-up look, with emphasis on her eyes, which she circled with heavy black eyeliner. 

On the other end of the scale, Rebecca Ferguson opted for something a little more ladylike: a two-piece skirt suit in pink and white gingham.

She paired the outfit with appropriate white Mary-Jane style shoes. Unfortunately though, her blazer and skirt did not quite match, with the pink of her skirt much darker than of her blazer.

Her hair was styled into a low bun, and she wore a classic make-up look, accessorised with pearls.

Overall, the suit was a nice fit, with the shoulders and waist tailored perfectly for the star – but the top was tight, meaning she put on a very busty display.

While this suited the overall look, as the BRIT Awards usually attracts more outlandish looks, Rebecca’s outfit overall stood out compared to some of the more on-trend looks. 

Singer Tallia Storm donned an event-appropriate Union Jack blazer (reminiscent of Ginger Spice’s similar dress from the nineties). 

 However, while her blazer – which she paired with an oversized white shirt and loosely tie black tie – hit the mark, Tallia appeared to forgot to pair her top with any bottom.

On top of that, she wore high heeled block heeled shoes – but the ankle straps of on the shoes were a poor fit, looking uncomfortably tight. A better fit would have added more polish to the overall look. 

Another busty display was donned by singer-songwriter Becky Hill, who wore a strappy black maxi-dress for the event.

While the bottom was a full skirt, the top was made from skimpy straps, which threatened to fall out of place at any moment.

Another celebrity to don a daring piece was Maddie Grace Jepson, who wore a sheer black mai-dress, which little to the imagination.

Conversely, musician Raye looked too conservative in her off-the-shoulder black sequinned maxi-dress.

While the star undoubtedly looked exceptional with her dress and coordinating hair and make-up look, she missed the opportunity to wear something more event-appropriate. 

Mancunian rapper Aitch was another of the attendees to incorporate animal print into his outfit, and he kept the amount appropriate.

However, opting for Autumnal colours, donning brown from head-to-toe, meant his look was not quite seasonally appropriate. 

While X Factor competitor Ella Henderson showed off a mixture of wins and losses, overall, she made the worst dressed list.

Her oversized hat fit suited her well. However, paired with her oversized pussy bow blouse, her top half looked a little messy. 

Meanwhile, while her black flares were on-trend, another fitting would have ensured that the seams sat better.

The beautiful Oti Matabuse did not disappoint when it came to her make-up and hair.

However, the oversized neckline of her dress may have been better balanced with a pair of less eye-catching shoes, with the two features battling it out for attention.

While not badly-dress per se, after the colour pink has been done to death at awards ceremonies, Jess Glynne was one of very few attendees to don the hue.

Her dress shape suited her well, but the fabric used to make the dress was very unforgiving, meaning she could have spent more time on her undergarments.

Another of the celebrities who made the worst dressed list despite looking nice in their outfit was Nia Archives.

The record producer and DJ done an ombre maxi-dress in yellow and black, with a ripped-style uneven hemline and chunky platform strappy heels.

While the shape of the dress suited the musician, and her hair and make-up were well-styled, the outfit looked slightly too casual for an awards event – with the dress more similar to something you might wear in the Summer. 

Eve is another star who made the worst dressed list, but who has to be praised for some aspects of her outfit.

The musician donned what is either a coat dress or dress – the amount of detail on the top half, which looks messy, makes it difficult to tell.

However, the fishtail shape of the skirt looks extremely good on the singer, who also impressed with her lavender crop and natural make-up look. 

Despite showing off her extremely impressive abs, Mel C makes the worst dressed list for joining the list of celebrities who sported underwhelming ensembles.

She donned a black two-piece suit with a black bandeau top, and her hair pulled into a high ponytail. 

A far more daring outfit was donned by television personality Olivia Attwood, who paired an oversized cream blazer with a lace bodysuit.

Shaznay Lewis was another of the stars who was among the worst dressed list.

The musician donned a maxi-dress made from black sequinned fabric, with a high neck and long sleeves.

The sheer amount of fabric drowned the star, who paired the look with the natural but appropriate make-up look, but an underwhelming down hair ‘do.  

English television presenter and entrepreneur Will Best donned an unusual emsemble.

He opted for a knitted black sleeveless jumper with a white abstract decoration.

He paired it with plain black trousers and patent loafers, creating an unusual awards look. 

Host Clara Amfo was another of the attendees to join the worst dressed stars.

While the host should be complimented for the rich green satin of her frock, her mullet-style gown, which is short at the front and long at the back, is an unusual choice. 

Donning a maximalist look, Fleur East also made the list, donning a skintight bodysuit, with decorated gold panels, topped off with a floor-length black shawl. 

Another star who opted for a maximalist look was British singer-songwriter Griff, whose long frock mixed a range of fabrics, layers, shapes, and long sleeves, making it difficult to know where to look first.

WIMBLEDON’s home game with hated rivals MK Dons has been postponed by 15 minutes.

The two sides were due to clash in League Two at 12.30pm.

However, the kick-off had to be postponed due to the late arrival of the MK Dons team.

Their team coach did not arrive at Plow Lane until around 11.45am.

That was after being delayed in “traffic” in South West London.

It was then announced that the start of the showdown had been delayed by fifteen minutes.

The bad blood between the two clubs has existed since the formation of MK Dons in 2002, when the owners of the original Wimbledon FC moved to Buckinghamshire.

Angry supporters of the old club formed AFC Wimbledonand they worked their way up from non-competitive back to the professional game.

Since returning to the Football League, the two teams have faced each other on several occasions.

The first competitive match between them took place in December 2012 in the second round of the FA Cup, a match which MK Dons won 2–1.

As well as that FA Cup match, they have met in the EFL Trophy, the League Cup and the Football League.

Furious fans also believe that the nickname is Dons of Wimbledon and that MK Dons is a completely separate club that should have no claim to the history of the original team.

This has even led to AFC Wimbledon getting into trouble for refusing to use MK Dons’ full name on their stadium scoreboard.

It was MK Dons who celebrated in January when they last met as goals from Dan Kemp, an own goal from Ryan Johnson and Warren O’Hara earned a 3-1 win over their rivals, who had two players sent off sent.

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt left for Ayodhya on Monday morning when photographers caught them on camera at the Mumbai airport. Ranbir Kapoor wore a dhoti and a white kurta, along with a beige-colored scarf. Alia Bhatt took our breath away in a beautiful sea green colored saree. Her hair was tied neatly into a ponytail. The total tax bill is $1,035,126.56.

It remains to be seen whether he will ever pay the high amount once the fines continue to mount.
