Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘sex slave’ has insisted the pedophile did make sex tapes of Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton and Richard Branson, but claimed she was forced to drop the allegations after she and her family were threatened.

Sarah Ransome made the claims in 2016, which have only now been revealed in recently released documents, saying the three men had been filmed by the pedophile financier using hidden cameras at his various properties.

Ms Ransome withdrew her allegations the same year, reportedly saying she invented the tapes to shed light on what Epstein was doing.

But appearing on Good Morning Britain today, she repeated her claims and said she was forced to withdraw the allegations after she and her family were threatened ‘with harm’ by Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and ‘others’.

She added that it is “no secret that everything was recorded” and claimed that “several victims have come forward” confirming her story.

A spokesman for Mr Branson described the claims as ‘baseless and baseless’.

A US judge has ordered hundreds of documents unsealed as part of Virginia Giuffre’s legal claim against British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, filed in 2015.

The claim about the sex tapes was made in a letter Ms Ransome sent to a journalist in 2016 detailing her experiences. It was made public in a series of court documents released Monday.

In the letter, Ms Ransome wrote: ‘When my friend had sexual intercourse with Clinton, Prince Andrew and Richard Branson, sex tapes were in fact filmed by Jeffrey on every single occasion.

‘Thank God she managed to obtain some images of the filmed sex tapes, which clearly show the faces of Clinton, Prince Andrew and Branson who had sexual intercourse with her.

‘Frustratingly, Epstein wasn’t in any of the footage, but that’s how smart he was!

‘When my friend finally had the courage to speak out and went to the police to report what happened to Epstein in 2008, nothing was done and she was completely humiliated by the police station she went to to report what happened to Epstein , Clinton, Branson had happened. and Prince Andrew.”

Ms Ransome also claimed: ‘I backed up the footage to several USB sticks and sent it securely to various locations in Europe.’

A spokesperson for Mr. Branson pointed to a 2019 article in the New Yorker magazine that said Ms. Ransome “invented the tapes to draw attention to Epstein’s behavior and make him believe she had evidence that was coming out would come if he would harm me’.

Ms Ransome, 38, whose father is Lord Macpherson, the second Baron of Drumochter, has previously told how she was raped up to three times a day by Epstein after being tricked into his sordid web of abuse by Ghislane Maxwell when she was 22. year-old wannabe model.

Ms Ransome was one of 11 women allowed to give statements at Ms Maxwell’s sentencing hearing in New York in 2022 about how the British socialite had destroyed their lives.

But this is the first time her claims about Epstein sex recordings of Andrew, Sir Richard and former US President Clinton have been detailed in court documents.

The sex tape theory has long circulated around the Epstein case. Two of his victims, Maria Farmer and Virginia Roberts Giuffre, claim they saw a room full of CCTV monitors in Epstein’s $65 million mansion in New York, including some with cameras in the toilets.

When police raided the mansion in 2019, they found dozens of girls’ tapes in a twisted library that the disgraced financier kept.

And Maxwell himself appeared to have admitted the tapes existed after being tricked by a journalist for the TV show 60 Minutes into telling him, “I don’t know where they are.”

But if the FBI has sex tapes of famous people, they have never come out publicly.

No such tapes were even referred to in the trial of Ms Maxwell, let alone presented in evidence. Maxwell was jailed for 20 years for running a sex trafficking ring and molesting schoolgirls with Epstein.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump has dismissed “baseless” allegations that he had sex with “a lot of girls” after being named in the latest batch of documents.

“These baseless allegations have been completely dropped because they are simply false and have no merit,” Trump spokesman Steven Cheung said Monday, amid the latest document release related to the Epstein case.

The statement condemning the baseless allegations came after the release of emails containing further allegations from Ms Ransome in 2016.

Meanwhile, an image of Labor peer Lord Peter Mandelson on Jeffrey Epstein’s private island has emerged as part of the latest release of US court documents.

A photo of the politician and pedophile financier from 2006 is included in the latest tranche of unsealed papers.

It shows the Labor grande wearing a £21,000 Patek Philippe watch and a white leather belt matching a fashion boutique in the US Virgin Islands.

It was previously reported that Branson had breakfast with Epstein just three years after the pedophile was jailed for child prostitution, court documents show.

In 2019, a spokesperson for the billionaire Virgin founder said the two men had “no personal or business relationship.”

But a legal document revealed that Epstein emailed his private banker Jes Staley and former Labor Cabinet Secretary Peter Mandelson in 2011 to tell them about his alleged meeting with Branson.

The document states: ‘On January 7, 2011, Epstein writes to Peter Mandelson (copying Staley) ‘had breakfast with Richard Branson, he is also a big fan of Africa.’

Epstein was a convicted sex offender at the time of the alleged encounter. In June 2008, he pleaded guilty to inciting an underage girl to engage in prostitution and was sentenced to 18 months in prison.

Epstein had a “little black book” containing the names of 301 of Britain’s richest and most powerful people, including Branson and Prince Andrew, it was claimed in 2019.

The pedophile managed an extraordinary cache of more than 1,000 telephone numbers and email addresses of hundreds of famous names on the other side of the Atlantic.

Samen met de beelden van de vrouwen op het eiland, en van Maxwell die in het huis van Epstein aan het loungen was, zat Ransome ook voor een 10 uur durende verklaring en legde ‘kritische getuigenissen’ af waaruit bleek dat Epstein’s samenzwering van seksueel misbruik en sekshandel bestond.

Ransome verklaarde in de gerechtelijke documenten: ‘Ik zou het even willen verduidelijken: lichaamsmassages betekenden seks, oké? Dat is een sleutelwoord voor seks.

‘Dus zodra je stopt met het hebben van seks met Jeffrey en zijn vrienden en zijn meisjes, ben je weg, want anders is er geen reden om met Jeffrey geassocieerd te worden, want je bent er alleen maar om seks met hem te hebben.’

Ransome getuigde ook dat Maxwell het huis runde als een bordeel met afwisselende meisjes met als doel Epstein elke dag seksuele massages te geven.

Volgens de verklaringsdocumenten zei ze: ‘Er was een constante toestroom van meisjes. Er waren zoveel meisjes. Er waren meisjes in Miami. Er kwamen gasten.

‘Er waren… Ik weet zeker dat als je een hoerenbordeel binnengaat en ziet hoe ze hun zaken runnen, ik bedoel, het gewoon een algemeen gesprek is over wie seks gaat hebben met wie en, weet je, wat doen ze? Waar heb je het over, wanneer heb je alleen maar elke dag seks in een rotatie?

‘Ik bedoel, waar valt er over te praten?’

Aan het slachtoffer werd gevraagd: ‘Herinnert u zich, afgezien van een algemeen gesprek, bijzonderheden over vrouwen die rapporteerden aan Ghislaine?’

Ransome antwoordde: ‘Ja, ik heb het gezien. En met mijn eigen ogen zag ik hoe Ghislaine en Lesley Groff en de andere meisjes aan hen rapporteerden. En Jeffrey Epstein vertelde ons dat we naar Ghislaine moesten luisteren.

‘Ghislaine was dus de voornaamste rechterhand van Jeffrey Epstein. Jeffrey Epstein vertelde ons dat we naar Ghislaine moesten luisteren.’

Ook legde zij in de verklaring uit hoe er sprake was van een ‘rotatie’ tussen de vrouwen.

Ransome zei: ‘Onze rotatie veranderde elke dag die specifieke reis die we in december hadden. Ik zou dus bijvoorbeeld gebeld worden. Misschien werd er een paar uur, toen Jeffrey een kleine pauze had, een ander meisje gebeld.

‘Toen werd er nog een meisje gebeld. Elke dag. We probeerden ons op verschillende plekken te verstoppen, zodat we niet gebeld hoefden te worden. Over het algemeen moesten we in het hoofdgedeelte zitten.

‘Het leek wel een groot zwembad, de belangrijkste zithoek. Er stond een grote tafel. We zaten daar en maakten kunst op tafel, en we moesten altijd in de buurt zijn. We mochten niet ver komen op het eiland.

‘Als we naar het strand gingen om te zwemmen, moesten we ons altijd melden bij Ghislaine en Jeffrey, omdat ze een opblaasbare trampoline hadden. Dus ze… ik bedoel, we moesten Ghislaine en Jeffrey altijd vertellen waar we waren.’

Het slachtoffer zei ook dat de meisjes Maxwell zagen als de ‘mama beer’.

Ze zei in de rechtbankdocumenten: ‘Ik zag hoe ze met alle meisjes omging. Weet je, als je ergens binnenloopt – ik bedoel, als je gezond verstand binnenloopt, weet je ongeveer wie de baas is.

‘Weet je, alle meisjes rapporteerden min of meer aan Ghislaine. Ghislaine leek op de moederbeer, als je begrijpt wat ik bedoel. Zij had de leiding; we moesten naar Ghislaine luisteren. En Ghislaine was Jeffreys rechterhand.’

En uit de documenten bleek dat Ransome toegaf dat hij Nadia, de piloot van Epstein, seks met hem had zien hebben terwijl ze in het vliegtuig zaten.

Aan Ransome werd gevraagd: ‘Welke soorten seksuele relaties hadden Jeffrey en Nadia in jouw bijzijn in het vliegtuig?’ En ze antwoordde: ‘Nou, Nadia lag al een hele tijd schrijlings op Jeffrey. Ik zag ze allebei met elkaar ejaculeren. Ze hadden het best leuk samen.’

Het eerste bewijsstuk, ingediend door de advocaten van Virginia Giuffre tegen Ghislaine Maxwell, beweert dat Maxwell en iedereen die voor Epstein werkte een geheime server gebruikten om te communiceren.

De server – genaamd MindSpring – werd door het huishoudelijk personeel gebruikt om te communiceren over dagelijkse taken en gebeurtenissen.

Eén medewerker klaagde over hoe ‘belachelijk’ het werd en legde uit dat Epstein via de server en meerdere medewerkers een ‘koffie’ of ‘sinaasappelsap’ zou eisen als ze allemaal in hetzelfde huis waren.

De advocaten van Giuffre voerden aan dat Maxwell alleen ontdekkingsmateriaal van enkele van haar e-mailaccounts verstrekte. Ze beweerden dat ze er nog een had die belastende informatie zou bevatten. Maxwell ontkende het.

Eén nieuw geüpload bewijsstuk is een eerder verzegeld transcript van een hoorzitting over de vraag of Epstein gedwongen moet worden een getuigenis af te leggen.

Zowel Maxwell als Giuffre wilden dat hij dat deed, maar hij weigerde en zei herhaaldelijk dat hij de vragen niet wilde beantwoorden uit angst voor strafrechtelijke vervolging.

Alle aangiften komen uit een smaadzaak uit 2015 die Giuffre tegen Maxwell heeft aangespannen.

Destijds had Giuffre haar claims tegen Prins Andrew, Maxwell en Epstein openbaar gemaakt. Ze zei dat ze seksueel was verhandeld aan de koninklijke familie door Maxwell en Epstein, van wie ze beweerde dat ze talloze andere meisjes op soortgelijke manieren hadden misbruikt.

Maxwell, Epstein en Prins Andrew ontkenden haar beschuldigingen. Giuffre klaagde Maxwell aan omdat hij haar publiekelijk als leugenaar had bestempeld.

De zaak werd in 2017 afgehandeld – twee jaar voordat Epstein werd aangeklaagd en later door zelfmoord stierf – en vóór de arrestatie van Maxwell.

Ze zijn nu openbaar geworden na herhaalde verzoeken van de media en enkele van degenen die bij het schandaal betrokken waren en die voor transparantie van de rechtbank pleitten.

Wat werd verwacht was een lijst die de 187 Jane en John Does ontmaskerde wier namen voorheen beschermd waren.

De rechtbank heeft niet aan dat verzoek voldaan en heeft in plaats daarvan honderden en honderden pagina’s gepubliceerd waarop de namen eerder waren geredigeerd.

Ghislaine Maxwell called Jeffrey Epstein’s underage masseuse girls her “children” and “kissed them on the head” when they went to bed on his island, victim Johanna Sjoberg claimed.

In an unsealed deposition from May 2016, Florida-born Sjoberg recalled her time in the U.S. Virgin Islands in her early 20s, where she massaged Epstein and Maxwell and interacted with other girls performing similar acts.

The names of more than 150 people named in a lawsuit by Virginia Giuffre, Epstein’s most prominent accuser, were kept under wraps for years until a federal judge ruled last month that there was no legal justification for keeping them private.

They were released late Wednesday. In a statement, Giuffre said she had had sex with several politicians and financial leaders.

Epstein mingled with Wall Street titans, royalty and celebrities before pleading guilty in 2008 to soliciting prostitution from a minor. He took his own life in 2019 at the age of 66 while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges.

Dozens of women have accused Epstein of forcing them to provide sexual services to him and his guests on his private Caribbean island and homes he owned in New York, Florida and New Mexico.

Sjoberg’s testimony — which was sealed under a protective order until last week — was given on May 18, 2016, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as part of Giuffre’s case against Ghislaine Maxwell.

In the court document, Sjoberg described how she was on Epstein’s island and often massaged Ghislaine and Jeffrey — sometimes with Virginia, while wearing bikinis and swimsuits on the beach.

She said she visited the Virgin Islands twice — and on her second trip, she recalled Ghislane Maxwell kissing the girls “on the head” and “calling us her children” before they went to bed.

She said she had massaged Maxwell five to 10 times over the course of five years.

Sjoberg also described Virginia as “orphan-like,” telling the interviewer, “I got the impression at the time that she had no family or that she had run away from her family.

“And it seemed to me, you know, that they had kind of adopted her, not as a child, but they were going to take care of her.”

Sjoberg testified in May 2016 that she was a 20-year-old student at Palm Beach Atlantic University when Maxwell, a stranger, approached her and offered her a job as a personal assistant.

Sjoberg began working for Epstein in 2001 and was immediately forced to perform sex acts.

She said she knew that another young woman close to Epstein, Virginia Roberts, was a minor.

Roberts had been recruited by Maxwell the year before, in 2000, while she was working as a locker room attendant at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach.

Roberts and Sjoberg would encounter a long list of famous faces, including Prince Andrew. He has always denied any allegations of sexual activity with Epstein’s accusers, and denied any wrongdoing.

Sjoberg’s testimony was revealed Wednesday night — part of a nearly 950-page trove detailing Epstein’s relationships, friendships and actions.

The documents come from a 2015 defamation lawsuit filed by Roberts — now married as Virginia Giuffre — against Maxwell.

One of the documents – a request from Roberts’ legal team for the judge to take more depositions – states: ‘Johanna confirms that she knew Virginia was a minor when she met her during the trip to New York with Jeffrey in 2001, because Virginia was unable to make a statement. to the casino and later Johanna asked her and Virginia said she was 17.

“Johanna testified that Virginia looked young.

Johanna continues: ‘I had the impression at the time that she had no family or that she had run away from her family. And it seemed to me, you know, that they had kind of adopted her, not as a child, but they were going to take care of her.”

Sjoberg also claimed that while Roberts was 17 and she was 20, they were all together at Epstein’s Manhattan mansion with Prince Andrew.

Roberts would later say that she and Prince Andrew had sex that evening at Epstein’s home. Sjoberg said the prince groped her breast.

“Johanna confirmed that she witnessed Virginia when she was seventeen (17) at Jeffrey Epstein’s mansion in New York with Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell,” the documents said.

“Johanna also testified that Prince Andrew sat with Virginia and Johanna and took a photo with a doll in his image that had his hand and Prince Andrew’s hand on their respective breasts.”

Sjoberg would repeat the story in a 2007 interview with a newspaper.

She said in 2007 that after some “sightseeing” she returned to the apartment and “Prince Andrew was there and a few other girls my age.” Andreas was very charming. . . She (Ghislaine) came with a present for him: a latex doll of his from Spitting Image.’

She added: “We had a photo taken.

“Virginia, another girl there, was sitting on a chair with the doll on her lap. Andrew sat down in another chair.

‘I sat on his lap – and he put his hand on my chest. Ghislaine placed the doll’s hand on Virginia’s chest. Then Andrew put his hand on mine. It was a great joke. Everyone laughed. Ghislaine had a very dirty sense of humor.’ These claims have never been tested in court.

The Duke paid a $12 million settlement to Roberts in 2022 over her claims that he sexually assaulted her when she was 17, which he has always denied.

During his infamous 2019 interview, he said he didn’t remember ever meeting Roberts.

Princess Beatrice today visited her father at the Royal Lodge in Windsor just hours after it was claimed he knew Jefferey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were trafficking children for sex.

Beatrice, 35, smiled as she was driven into the home her divorced parents share, showing no sign of turmoil within the Firm.

With her hair tied back and opting for a lowkey, make-up free look, the Princes looked at ease as she went to meet her scandal-ridden father.

It comes as a second batch of unsealed files relating to Epstein’s sexual abuse of teenage girls was released last night. They relate to a 2015 US defamation case brought by Virginia Giuffre against Maxwell and follow an earlier tranche published on Wednesday.

One of the documents released last night is a list of witnesses Ms Giuffre’s lawyers wanted to subpoena, with each name accompanied by an alleged justification. 

Under Prince Andrew’s name, the list – dated March 31, 2016 – states: ‘Has knowledge of Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual trafficking conduct and interaction with underage minors, including Virginia Giuffre.’

Another document claimed Andrew had an orgy with underage girls and touched a woman’s breast while posing with a puppet of himself. 

The document showed the Duke of York’s address as Buckingham Palace. Andrew has vehemently denied any wrongdoing. 

Princess Beatrice and her sister Eugenie, 33, have never spoken about the claims against their father.

However they remain close to him, as does their mother Sarah Ferguson. 

Andrew was reported to the Metropolitan Police by anti-monarchy Republic last night after he was referenced multiple times in both the first and second tranches of files. 

This was matched by similar calls from a US attorney who represented some of Epstein’s victims, who said police in Britain have a duty to investigate Andrew as he ‘still refuses to fully account for his time’ with the paedophile.

It is a fresh setback for the late Queen’s second son who, just 10 days ago, walked to church on Christmas Day with the King and the rest of the royal family, symbolising his gradual rehabilitation within the monarchy after his public appearance at his brother’s coronation in his garter robes in May. 

The first batch of documents included allegations Andrew had an orgy with underage girls and touched a woman’s breast while posing with a puppet of himself.

In the second batch, Maxwell’s lawyer is seen attempting to have Ms Giuffre’s defamation claim dismissed by referencing a statement issued by Buckingham Palace. 

‘Buckingham Palace issued a statement flatly denying the claims made by the plaintiff here,’ Laura Menninger wrote. 

The newly released court files may finally scupper Andrew’s bid to reenter the royal fold, with well-placed sources telling the Mail that while the court claims were not a surprise, they will have served to ‘crystallise’ King Charles’s determination to solve the ‘Andrew problem’ decisively.

Plans were already in train to evict him from Royal Lodge, his ten-bedroom Windsor home since 2003, and move him to a smaller residence in keeping with his ‘downgraded’ status.

The 63-year-old prince, who has previously strenuously denied the allegations, paid millions a year ago to settle a civil case out of court with Virginia Giuffre with no admission of guilt after she accused him of sexually assaulting her when she was 17.

But he is mentioned more than 70 times in nearly 1,000 pages of interviews and transcripts.

The names of more than 170 people who were either associates, friends or victims of Epstein are being made public following a judge’s order last month, including high-profile figures such as former US president Bill Clinton .

Graham Smith, chief executive of the anti-monarchy group Republic, said yesterday that he had reported Andrew to the police, accusing the Met of failing to conduct a serious criminal investigation into the case.

The force said in August 2022 that it was taking no further action over allegations made against Epstein and that any future probes into human trafficking by the sex offender were focused on activities outside the UK.

It also previously said it stood by its 2015 decision not to investigate claims by Ms Giuffre that she was sex trafficked to London by Epstein.

Mr Smith said: ‘To date, there appears to have been no serious criminal investigation, no interview of the accused or other witnesses, and no clear justification for taking no action.

‘I am calling on the Met Police to reopen this case, I am calling on MPs to debate this affair in Parliament, and I am calling on Charles to make a public statement, in front of the press and taking questions, to respond to these allegations and what they say about the monarchy. 

‘How can we not expect a response from the Government and head of state? At the time of the alleged offences, Andrew was a government trade ambassador and an active member of the royal family. 

‘They fudged and obfuscated for 11 years before taking any definitive action.’ 

Mr Smith added: ‘The question many people will be asking is simple: if the accused were anyone else, do we believe they wouldn’t have been investigated and prosecuted?’

Meanwhile, US attorney Spencer Kuvin, who has represented some of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims, said people associated with the wealthy financier such as Andrew, deserve a higher level of scrutiny. 

Mr Kuvin told the Mirror: ‘Andrew still refuses to fully account for his time with Epstein and has failed to speak with US investigators about what he knows.

‘British police need to do their duty and reopen their investigation into his conduct.’

He added that Epstein is probably ‘one of the worst sexual predators of the century’.

Buckingham Palace, which no longer speaks on behalf of the duke after he stepped down as a working royal in 2019 over his friendship with Epstein, has not commented on the documents.

Evidence from Johanna Sjoberg, who worked for Epstein as a masseuse, alleged Andrew touched her breast while sitting on a couch inside Epstein’s Manhattan apartment as he posed for a photo with a caricature of himself in 2001. 

The claim, which has been alleged previously, is thought to refer to a Spitting Image puppet of the duke. 

Ms Sjoberg said, while giving evidence in May 2016: ‘Ghislaine told me to come upstairs, and we went into a closet and pulled out the puppet, the caricature of Prince Andrew, and brought it down. 

‘And there was a little tag on the puppet that said ‘Prince Andrew’ on it, and that’s when I knew who he was.’ 

Ms Sjoberg was asked what the puppet looked like and replied: ‘It looked like him. 

‘And she brought it down and presented it to him; and that was a great joke, because apparently it was a production from a show on BBC. 

‘And they decided to take a picture with it, in which Virginia and Andrew sat on a couch. 

‘They put the puppet on Virginia’s lap, and I sat on Andrew’s lap, and they put the puppet’s hand on Virginia’s breast, and Andrew put his hand on my breast, and they took a photo.’ 

Other mentions of the duke include previous allegations that Epstein ‘forced Jane Doe #3 to have sexual relations with was a member of the British Royal Family, Prince Andrew (a/k/a Duke of York)’ at three locations including on Epstein’s private island ‘in an orgy with numerous other under-aged girls’. 

The document claimed that Epstein instructed Jane Doe #3 to give Andrew ‘whatever he demanded’ and that Maxwell ‘facilitated Prince Andrew’s acts of sexual abuse by acting as a ‘madame’ for Epstein’. 

Ms Giuffre has claimed she was trafficked by Epstein to have sex with Andrew three times when she was 17 and a minor under US law at Maxwell’s London home, in Epstein’s New York home and during an orgy with Epstein at Caribbean island. 

She was questioned over the whereabouts of the famous photograph showing her with the duke, who has his arm around her, with Maxwell grinning in the background. 

Ms Giuffre added it may have been in storage boxes that were ‘full of Nerf guns, my kids’ toys, photos’ at her mother and father-in-law’s home in Sydney, Australia. 

She said she gave the picture to the FBI in 2011 but had last seen it before she packed up her home to emigrate to Australia from Colorado. 

Among the documents appears to be an email sent by Maxwell expressing her fears she would be questioned about her own relationship with Andrew. 

It reads: ‘I have already suffered such a terrible and painful loss over the last few days that I can’t even see what life after press hell even looks like – statements that don’t address all just lead to more questions… what is my relationship to Clinton? Andrew on and on.’ 

In Maxwell’s videotaped deposition in 2016, she claimed she could only recall the duke visiting Jeffrey Epstein’s private island in the US Virgin Islands once. 

The Met Police and representatives of the Duke have been approached for a comment. 

Prince Andrew knew Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were trafficking children for sex, new court documents claim. 

A second batch of unsealed files relating to Epstein’s sexual abuse of teenage girls was released last night. They relate to a 2015 US defamation case brought by Virginia Giuffre against Maxwell and follow an earlier tranche published on Wednesday.

One of the documents released last night is a list of witnesses Ms Giuffre’s lawyers wanted to subpoena, with each name accompanied by an alleged justification. 

Under Prince Andrew’s name, the list – dated March 31, 2016 – states: ‘Has knowledge of Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual trafficking conduct and interaction with underage minors, including Virginia Giuffre.’

The document showed the Duke of York’s address as Buckingham Palace. Andrew has vehemently denied any wrongdoing. 

Andrew was reported to the Metropolitan Police by anti-monarchy Republic last night after he was referenced multiple times in both the first and second tranches of files. 

This was matched by similar calls from a US attorney who represented some of Epstein’s victims, who said police in Britain have a duty to investigate Andrew as he ‘still refuses to fully account for his time’ with the paedophile.

It is a fresh setback for the late Queen’s second son who, just 10 days ago, walked to church on Christmas Day with the King and the rest of the royal family, symbolising his gradual rehabilitation within the monarchy after his public appearance at his brother’s coronation in his garter robes in May. 

The first batch of documents included allegations Andrew had an orgy with underage girls and touched a woman’s breast while posing with a puppet of himself.

In the second batch, Maxwell’s lawyer is seen attempting to have Ms Giuffre’s defamation claim dismissed by referencing a statement issued by Buckingham Palace. 

‘Buckingham Palace issued a statement flatly denying the claims made by the plaintiff here,’ Laura Menninger wrote. 

The newly released court files may finally scupper Andrew’s bid to reenter the royal fold, with well-placed sources telling the Mail that while the court claims were not a surprise, they will have served to ‘crystallise’ King Charles’s determination to solve the ‘Andrew problem’ decisively.

Plans were already in train to evict him from Royal Lodge, his ten-bedroom Windsor home since 2003, and move him to a smaller residence in keeping with his ‘downgraded’ status.

The 63-year-old prince, who has previously strenuously denied the allegations, paid millions a year ago to settle a civil case out of court with Virginia Giuffre  with no admission of guilt after she accused him of sexually assaulting her when she was 17. 

But he is mentioned more than 70 times in nearly 1,000 pages of interviews and transcripts.

The names of more than 170 people who were either associates, friends or victims of Epstein are being made public following a judge’s order last month, including high-profile figures such as former US president Bill Clinton. 

Graham Smith, chief executive of the anti-monarchy group Republic, said yesterday that he had reported Andrew to the police, accusing the Met of failing to conduct a serious criminal investigation into the case. 

The force said in August 2022 that it was taking no further action over allegations made against Epstein and that any future probes into human trafficking by the sex offender were focused on activities outside the UK. 

It also previously said it stood by its 2015 decision not to investigate claims by Ms Giuffre that she was sex trafficked to London by Epstein. 

Mr Smith said: ‘To date, there appears to have been no serious criminal investigation, no interview of the accused or other witnesses, and no clear justification for taking no action. 

‘I am calling on the Met Police to reopen this case, I am calling on MPs to debate this affair in Parliament, and I am calling on Charles to make a public statement, in front of the press and taking questions, to respond to these allegations and what they say about the monarchy. 

‘How can we not expect a response from the Government and head of state? At the time of the alleged offences, Andrew was a government trade ambassador and an active member of the royal family. 

‘They fudged and obfuscated for 11 years before taking any definitive action.’ 

Mr Smith added: ‘The question many people will be asking is simple: if the accused were anyone else, do we believe they wouldn’t have been investigated and prosecuted?’

Meanwhile, US attorney Spencer Kuvin, who has represented some of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims, said people associated with the wealthy financier such as Andrew, deserve a higher level of scrutiny. 

Mr Kuvin told the Mirror: ‘Andrew still refuses to fully account for his time with Epstein and has failed to speak with US investigators about what he knows.

‘British police need to do their duty and reopen their investigation into his conduct.’

He added that Epstein is probably ‘one of the worst sexual predators of the century’.

Buckingham Palace, which no longer speaks on behalf of the duke after he stepped down as a working royal in 2019 over his friendship with Epstein, has not commented on the documents.

Evidence from Johanna Sjoberg, who worked for Epstein as a masseuse, alleged Andrew touched her breast while sitting on a couch inside Epstein’s Manhattan apartment as he posed for a photo with a caricature of himself in 2001. 

The claim, which has been alleged previously, is thought to refer to a Spitting Image puppet of the duke. 

Ms Sjoberg said, while giving evidence in May 2016: ‘Ghislaine told me to come upstairs, and we went into a closet and pulled out the puppet, the caricature of Prince Andrew, and brought it down. 

‘And there was a little tag on the puppet that said ‘Prince Andrew’ on it, and that’s when I knew who he was.’ 

Ms Sjoberg was asked what the puppet looked like and replied: ‘It looked like him. 

‘And she brought it down and presented it to him; and that was a great joke, because apparently it was a production from a show on BBC. 

‘And they decided to take a picture with it, in which Virginia and Andrew sat on a couch. 

‘They put the puppet on Virginia’s lap, and I sat on Andrew’s lap, and they put the puppet’s hand on Virginia’s breast, and Andrew put his hand on my breast, and they took a photo.’

Dat heeft Maxwells advocaat Arthur Aidala inmiddels verteld NieuwsNatie dat Maxwell ‘niets te zeggen’ heeft over Epstein of de lijst.

Aidala zei dinsdag: ‘Ik denk niet dat ze iets heeft om over te praten, behalve misschien dat als je naar deze misdaad kijkt, deze algehele misdaad, het allemaal gaat over mannen die vrouwen gedurende een lange periode misbruiken, en het is er maar één. persoon in de gevangenis – een vrouw.’

In de schikking beschuldigde Virginia Giuffre haar ervan Epstein te hebben geholpen haar als minderjarige te verhandelen, en noemde invloedrijke figuren die er naar verluidt bij betrokken waren.

Een van hen was prins Andrew, terwijl anderen tot nu toe naamloos waren gebleven. In totaal werden er vijftien beschuldigd van ‘ernstig wangedrag’, terwijl van 90 wordt gezegd dat ze op de een of andere manier ‘verbonden’ waren met Epstein.

Hoewel het nog een paar dagen duurt voordat het volledig ontzegelde document beschikbaar is, waren velen – waaronder voormalig president Bill Clinton – eerder op andere manieren bekend, aldus ABC News.

Talloze anderen – waaronder andere bekende publieke figuren en Hollywoodsterren – zullen nu worden ontmaskerd, dankzij de uitspraak van de Amerikaanse districtsrechter Loretta Preska.

Onder hen bevindt zich een ‘veelbesproken’ medewerker die al als beklaagde verscheen in meerdere Epstein-gerelateerde zaken, schreef Preska in een verklaring waarom elke naam moet worden onthuld.

Ze schreef hetzelfde voor zeven andere Does – genummerd 095, 099, 120, 122, 136, 143 en 157 – terwijl het pseudoniem dat vermoedelijk Clinton is, meer dan 50 keer wordt genoemd, meldde ABC.

De context van die verwijzingen blijft echter nog steeds onbekend vanwege de aard van de redacties.

Verschillende van de geredigeerde namen bevatten echter interviews met verschillende vermeende slachtoffers en aanklagers, waardoor identificerende factoren ontstonden die de kennissen in veel gevallen al ontmaskerden.

Dat gezegd hebbende, maakte Giuffre – die in 2001 op een foto te zien was met Andrew en Maxwell met de arm van de Britse Royal om haar middel – in de oorspronkelijke klacht geen beschuldigingen van wangedrag tegen Clinton.

Sommige van de Does worden in de uitspraak geïdentificeerd via links naar interviews die ze aan de media hebben gegeven, die de rechter verder aanhaalde als reden waarom ze niet privé zouden moeten blijven.

Onder hen bevinden zich de huishoudsters op het privé-eiland van Epstein in het Caribisch gebied – waar naar verluidt enkele van de ergste misbruiken zouden hebben plaatsgevonden – en een van de aanklagers van Prins Andrew.

Ze beweert dat hij haar borsten streelde in het landhuis van Epstein in New York.

De naamloze vrouw getuigde eerder als getuige tijdens Maxwells sensationele proces tegen sekshandel, waar ze beweerde dat ze opdracht had gekregen om seks te hebben met Andrew tijdens een bijeenkomst met de koninklijke familie, Maxwell en Giuffre, toen 17.

Wat Clinton betreft, lijken de vluchtgegevens erop te wijzen dat ook hij de compound van Epstein in Little St. James nooit heeft bezocht, ondanks zijn vriendschappelijke relatie met de viezerik in het Witte Huis.

Volgens ABC probeerde Giuffre hem in 2016 echter te dagvaarden om te getuigen als onderdeel van haar rechtszaak, waarbij hij beweerde dat ze de toenmalige ex-president op Epstein Island had ontmoet.

Het verzoek werd uiteindelijk afgewezen – ondanks dat haar advocaten de voorgestelde getuigenis van Clinton omschrijven als ‘zeer relevant’ en ‘belangrijk voor de fundamentele claims en verdedigingen’ in de zaak.

Dat gezegd hebbende, uitte Giuffre in haar klacht geen beschuldigingen van wangedrag tegen de twee termijnen Democraat, en in een zondagsrapport van ABC werd ronduit gesteld dat de documenten naar verwachting op geen enkele manier Clinton strafrechtelijk zouden betrekken.

In haar uitspraak gaf rechter Preska 14 dagen de tijd voor alle Does die er bezwaar tegen hadden dat hun documenten openbaar werden gemaakt, om bezwaar te maken, waarna de verzegeling ervan zou worden ontzegd.

De ontsluiting zal deze week plaatsvinden, meer dan drie jaar nadat Epstein in 2019 dood werd aangetroffen in zijn gevangeniscel in New York, in wat het kantoor van de Chief Medical Examiner in New York City als zelfmoord door ophanging beschouwde.

Ghislaine Maxwell is bestempeld als de ultieme ‘gevangenis Karen’ voor het indienen van meer dan 400 klachten over haar leven achter de tralies, kan DailyMail.com exclusief onthullen.

Kreunend Maxwell heeft de flauwe veganistische menu-opties gepland, zeurde over ‘oneerlijke behandeling’ en eiste dat de autoriteiten in haar federale gevangenis in Florida haar onmiddellijk toegang zouden geven tot zwarte haarverf.

De 61-jarige sekshandelaar nam zelfs pluchen hypoallergeen beddengoed mee nadat ze tegen het personeel van FCI Tallahassee had gemopperd dat de standaard gevangeniskussens haar allergieën veroorzaakten.

De klachten van Maxwell hebben zich gericht op iedereen, van gevangenen en bewakers tot een ‘onbeschofte’ wasvrouw in de streng beveiligde gevangenis waar ze 20 jaar uitzit voor het helpen van Jeffrey Epstein bij het misbruiken van jonge meisjes.

‘Max is de gevangenis Karen. Ze kan overal een klacht over indienen – ze heeft er meer dan 400’, vertelde onze insider.

‘Ze klaagt over het eten, het beddengoed, wanneer ze de tempel afzeggen vanwege slecht weer of te laat zijn met het regelen van haar juridische telefoontjes.

‘De laatste strijd gaat over haarverf. Maxwell heeft een hekel aan haar grijze doorschijnen en ze heeft een klacht ingediend omdat ze het niet meer verkopen.

‘Toen ze haar video-interview met de Britse tv deed, betaalde ze een andere gevangene $ 200 voor de kleurstof.’

Het gezeur van Maxwell dateert van juli 2020, toen ze voor het eerst werd opgesloten in het Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, in afwachting van een federaal proces voor het verzorgen van minderjarigen.

Haar advocaten beschuldigden de gevangenisautoriteiten ervan haar rechten te hebben geschonden door elke 15 minuten met een fakkel in haar cel te schijnen, haar te onderwerpen aan invasieve fouilleringen en haar de hele tijd te filmen.

De dochter van de in ongenade gevallen Britse krantenmagnaat Robert Maxwell werd in juni vorig jaar veroordeeld tot twee decennia achter de tralies en de rechter adviseerde haar haar tijd uit te zitten in FCI Danbury, de gevangenis in Connecticut die de inspiratie vormde voor de Netflix-serie Orange Is the New Black.

‘Toen Max in Tallahassee aankwam, schreef ze Brooklyn meteen op omdat het te lang duurde om haar bezittingen te verzenden’, legt de insider uit.

‘Toen haar schoenen arriveerden, weigerde ze haar tijdelijke instappers terug te geven aan de wasvrouw.

‘Dat veroorzaakte een flinke ruzie en Max klaagde dat ze zich bedreigd voelde en weigerde zonder begeleiding terug te gaan naar de wasserette.

‘Dat is ze in een notendop. Elk aspect van het leven in de gevangenis biedt haar de kans om het slachtoffer te spelen. Ze creëert constant drama voor personeel en gedetineerden.’

Gevangenischefs zouden wraak hebben genomen op Maxwell door een reeks wekelijkse lessen te annuleren die ze organiseerde voor de volledig vrouwelijke faciliteit van 750 gevangenen, inclusief lessen in socialemediamarketing en etiquette.

Dat leidde tot een andere klacht die is geëscaleerd naar een BP-10, wat betekent dat een regionaal directeur zal moeten beslissen of ze is gediscrimineerd vanwege haar spraakmakende status van zedendelinquent.

Volgens de insider is het einddoel van Maxwell om zo’n stank te veroorzaken dat ze wordt overgeplaatst naar een andere faciliteit, bij voorkeur Danbury.

‘Tallahassee is groot, oud, getto. Max heeft te veel vijanden en ze wil eruit’, legt onze bron uit.

‘Danbury is kleiner en vooral voor witteboordencriminelen en ze denkt daar te komen door zoveel mogelijk gedoe te veroorzaken.

‘Max gebruikt haar positie in de juridische bibliotheek zelfs om andere meisjes te coachen om soortgelijke klachten in te dienen. Ze doet alsof ze een echte advocaat is en vult voor sommigen van hen de formulieren in.

‘Ze geeft natuurlijk helemaal niets om de terugslag die ze van de klachten krijgen. Het einddoel zijn massale rechtszaken.’

De in Oxford opgeleide Maxwell stond in het middelpunt van talloze controverses en arrestaties terwijl hij achter de tralies zat en slaagde er zelfs in om het videobezoeksysteem van de gevangenis te gebruiken om een ​​tv-interview te geven dat de krantenkoppen haalde.

In januari vertelde ze de Britse omroep Jeremy Kyle, zonder enig bewijs te leveren, dat de nu beruchte foto van Prins Andrew met Epstein-slachtoffer Virginia Giuffre nep was.

De twee pestkoppen kwamen erachter dat hun strikt veganistische buurvrouw een ‘afspraak’ had gemaakt met een keukenmedewerker die haar extra fruit, groenten en tofu zou geven en dachten dat ze de info tegen haar konden gebruiken.

Ze schreven Maxwell een dreigbrief waarin ze $ 360 aan spullen eisten van haar commissaristoelage, maar de Brit gaf het meteen door aan de gevangenisautoriteiten – in strijd met de strikte mantra tegen snitching.

Maxwell leefde in angst voor een pak slaag toen het paar uitstapte, maar een van de Cubanen is sindsdien overgebracht naar een tussenwoning in Laredo, Texas, en de andere is verplaatst naar een andere wooneenheid.

Maar rechter Alison Nathan drong aan op de veroordeling van de socialite in juni 2022: ‘Miss Maxwell wordt niet gestraft in plaats van Epstein of als gevolmachtigde. Miss Maxwell wordt gestraft voor de rol die ze speelde.’
