Tim Robards showed off his powerful physique during a family day out at Bondi Beach in Sydney on Tuesday.

The muscular Bachelor star enjoyed surfing and sunning at the famous tourist destination with his wife Anna Heinrich and their three-year-old daughter Elle.

The 41-year-old reality star posted a gallery of sweet photos to his Instagram Stories documenting the holiday getaway.

In one sweet photo, the handsome SAS Australia star can be seen posing in shallow surf with Elle.

He showed off his ripped abs and huge biceps in a pair of board shorts.

In another photo, Tim posed on a rock with Bondi Beach in the background.

Meanwhile, Tim’s wife Anna covered her baby bump in a sheer long shirt which she paired with her black bikini.

The beauty, who is expecting the couple’s second daughter in early 2024, proudly posed with her daughter.

In his caption to the post, Tim explained that he used the outing to give Elle a swimming lesson in the surf.

“Bondi swims,” he began and continued:

‘Today we tackled some waves… and after a few shouts, she [Elle] I began to embrace the ups and downs as the waves came and went, telling her to let her go so she could swim and float back on her own.”

Tim and Anna, 36, celebrated their third wedding anniversary in June.

The couple exchanged vows in a beautiful wedding ceremony in Puglia on June 7, 2018.

Australia’s original bachelor couple married at the Masseria Potenti hotel, among the olive groves and vineyards of the Puglia countryside.

The couple dated for four years before getting engaged in May 2017 while on holiday in Kimberley, Western Australia.

In October, they announced that Anna was expecting another girl in early 2024.

Tim Robards has condemned Ozempic, insisting that taking the weight loss drug is the ‘easy way out’.

The 41-year-old SAS Australia star told Daily Mail Australia on Thursday that he sees some benefits in using the drug, but “it’s a short-term solution.”

“I think there could be benefits for people who are quite overweight, but with all these things, if they don’t change their lifestyle, they won’t have long-lasting consequences,” he said.

‘It’s a bit like an anti-inflammatory. Sometimes people are so painful and inflamed that they cannot even recover. So if you have a short-term anti-inflammatory, you can do the rehab and let things heal.”

‘The same here. If it gives you an opportunity to drive some change and change your lifestyle, then I think there might be some positivity in it.”

He went on to say, “[But] Sometimes when you put in the hard work, real results come, and some people are just willing to take the easy way out.”

Tim said that the “easy way out” is usually a “short-term fix” and people usually return to their old habits.

‘You have to change the underlying core patterns, processes, structures and behaviour. If you don’t change, you will only fluctuate,” he added.

After the interview, Tim showed off his fitness skills during an intense training session to mark the premiere of Reacher season two.

Smallzy, Justin Hill, Nick Brown, Molly O’Halloran, Monzir Hamdin, Danny Clayton and Jordan Simi all took part in the class.

Tim showed off his toned arms in a black shirt and shorts as he rounded up the stars for the morning workout.
