The beautiful bride documented her big wedding day on the platform, where she tried to keep herself together in an empty room.

In the sad clip, which has since racked up a whopping 8 million views, Kalina, her husband and their son can be seen walking to a venue where their masquerade ball-themed reception was being held.

But when the doors open and the couple walk to the front of the room, they quickly realize that hardly anyone has shown up.

”POV: You have planned the most beautiful entrance. Just to open the doors of an empty room,” the newlyweds wrote over the images.

One guest, a woman dressed in red, claps for the loving couple as a photographer captured their entrance.

The only other person in the 55-second clip was a woman who appeared to be working on a laptop and may have been responsible for controlling the music.

Devastated Kalina captioned her video: ”This is our entrance to our masquerade ball.

“The masquerade ball that I have been talking about EXCESSIVELY for the past ten months,” she continued.

”The same ball to which I not only invited more than 75 people digitally. But ALSO spent money to send 25 beautiful invitations.

”FIVE PEOPLE showed up!!!!!! Like, are you kidding me!?!?

Can you spot the bride’s father’s fault?

”As you see in the video, we enter the location. And there’s no one there.”

The bride, who looked stunning in a long dress, added that she delayed her entry for an hour after her mother broke the news that no one had shown up at 1 p.m.

At 2 p.m. the room was still almost completely empty, with only a handful of guests.

‘I dreamed that I would come across a group of people cheering us on.

“Cheers and cheers for us to celebrate,” Kalina shared her heartbreak.

“But all you see is a woman trying to keep herself together because she has NO idea how to deal with the almost empty room.”

Why it’s time to ditch wedding favors once and for all

By Josie Griffiths, Deputy Digital Fabulous Editor and bride-to-be

Josie Griffiths said: When was the last time you saw something in a shop window or browsed online and thought “that would be the perfect gift for 120 of my closest friends, colleagues, relatives and partners of my friend who I barely know “?

I’ll tell you when, never, because there is NO universal gift that everyone will love – unless you want to bankrupt yourself buying Rolexes and Tiffany jewelry, and even then they wouldn’t be to everyone’s taste.

So why are brides still piling the stress (and expense) of wedding favors on top of everything else we have to organize?

I’ve been to dozens of weddings over the past five years, so when I got engaged I already had a mental list of do’s and don’ts for my own big day, and leaving wedding favors was definitely on the agenda.

The cost of buying an individual gift for everyone who comes is enormous, meaning many couples try to keep it in the under five euro category.

But the reality is that no one wants a cheap, poorly thought out keepsake; they would probably prefer another free drink from the bar.

And that’s not all: bridal handbags are notoriously small and don’t have room to fit an unexpected gift inside, and catering waiters have a bad habit of throwing away the wedding favors as they clear the coffee mug from the tables.

I bet none of my guests will notice the lack of a random gift on their dinner table.

If you really hate the idea of not buying anything for your guests, donations to charity are always a kind gesture.

But the last thing your friends and family need is more random things showing up in their house — so it’s time to spare them the guilt of throwing away your Etsy-bought keychain.

The newlywed added that while the couple ultimately “made the most of their big day,” the lack of support from her “friends” left her feeling “sick.”

”It makes me think: why? What have we done? Am I such a bad person?

‘What did my husband ever do to deserve this? Why couldn’t we matter enough to get people to show up?

”I still have ‘friends’ who haven’t even messaged me to congratulate me or tell me why they didn’t come.

”It really makes me sick. I honestly can’t ignore this.”

The bride ended her disturbing post by saying she was grateful to be surrounded by family “who shows up when I need them,” before adding the hashtag #whereisthelove.

The post received a lot of support from TikTok viewers, who promised Kalina that they would attend the party if she ever decided to “do it again.”

A friendly social media user said, “Let’s do it again. This time you invite me and the rest of us. We show up and go out. I love you, beautiful, and congratulations!!

Another person chimed in: ”Now you have 52,000 people watching you come in! We encourage you and cheer for you!!!”

“I say do it again so we can all come and support you and your beautiful family!” a third added.
