She shared a number of photos of Blake over the years, writing, “A little birdie told me that Blake Lively’s beautiful nose job was performed by Dr. Thomas Romo in New York (who is a graduate of Baylor Medical in Houston).”
“This post is clearly not a full breakdown of what I think she had for that amazing and natural looking glow-up. I’ve talked about Blake’s nose job and her eyelid before, but never a full breakdown.”
“Anyway, I just wanted to let you know which (alleged) plastic surgeon is responsible for this beautiful nose job,” she added.
Lively has never publicly confirmed or denied that she had a nose job.
