Despite the hype – and last night’s glamorous West Hollywood party to officially announce the list, there was a more muted reaction elsewhere.

The reaction on Twitter was almost universally one of questions, with most people saying they didn’t recognize anyone, or very few people on the Creator A-List.

One wrote: ‘I literally recognize one in 21 people…’

Another added: ‘I must be this old. who are these people.’

An annoyed X user wrote: ‘Boy you gotta be kidding me! WHO are these people?’

Others were a little more enlightened. One wrote: “I know the guys from The Good Mythical Morning, and Kai Cenat hasn’t heard of anyone else here.”

QUEEN OF THE CHICKEN SHOP DATE: AMELIA DIMOLDENBERG

You can expect superstars such as Cher, Billie Eilish and Jennifer Lawrence on the cover of glossy magazines such as Vogue.

But the trio, along with other Oscar winners, No. 1 artists and musical legends, have opted for a much less glamorous form of interviewing lately.

They are among the many stars who have appeared in Chicken Shop Date, an independent YouTube series from influencer Amelia Dimoldenberg who started the channel 13 years ago as a youth club project.

The concept is simple: Amelia, 30, who is known for her clumsy and deadpan humour, takes stars on ‘dates’ to chicken shops in London.

When she started at the age of 17, she took out ‘friends of friends’, mostly unknown grime artists, and wrote about it in a column for youth magazine The Cut.

But she has since ventured beyond grime stars, with Ed Sheeran, Lionnesses Lucy Bronze and Beth Mead, Matty Healy and Paul Mescal among her recent guests.

She has now had 500,00,000 views, with A-listers such as Drake publicly stating that they want to appear on the show.
