The man ‘attacks the body of the dead body on metro after the passenger suddenly dies’
The alleged attack happened on Tuesday on an R train on the Whitehall Street metro station on Tuesday, police sources said.
The NYPD is now hunting for the man, who fled the station shortly after midnight. He is described as black hair and brown eyes, is 5ft 9 in long, with a goatee and wears a yellow hoodie and blue la dodgers baseball cap.
Researchers identified a man, 56, who lived in the Bronx as a person of interest and spent a photo of him, but did not mention.
He lives with his brother, who told it New York Post The man is a heroin addict and was released from prison a few months ago.
But he said that his brother was not ‘so’, and added that he does not believe that his brother has performed the sexual act that he is being accused of.
The deceased male passenger, who has not yet been identified, is supposed to have died of natural causes, says sources.
The police do not believe that the alleged perpetrator and the dead man knew each other.

The deceased passenger, who got on the train around 8 p.m., reportedly fainted after smoking a cigarette he had been handed over by a woman.
Officers want to talk to the non -misered woman, who reportedly looked through the man’s bags after he had lost consciousness.
It is described as wearing a yellow hoodie, black pants and a black baseball cap.
The alleged sexual attack unfolded when the alleged perpetrator got into the R -train about three hours later and first made contact with the deceased around 11.20 pm before he would have abused him 25 minutes later.
CCTV images that are seen by the police shows that the 56-year-old man has sex with the corpse.
