The Penguin Season 1 Finale: How to Watch Anywhere

The Penguin has proven to be a worthy spin-off successor to Matt Reeves’ 2022 film The Batman, starring Robert Pattinson as the Caped Crusader.

That film introduced audiences to low-level criminal Oz Cobb (played by Colin Farrell); Bridging the gap between Reeves’ first DC outing and the planned sequel, the HBO series focused on Cobb’s violent journey from underworld underdog to formidable Gotham villain. Season 1 ends this weekend.

Farrell’s performance as Oz is as captivating as they come. But everyone in the series delivers. Cristin Milioti, Rhenzy Feliz, Michael Kelly, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Deirdre O’Connell, Clancy Brown, James Madio, Scott Cohen, Michael Zegen, Carmen Ejogo and Theo Rossi are all on their A-game with this one.

The excitement is definitely building for the show’s finale. Scroll on for more information about streaming The Penguin and information on how using a VPN can help.

How to watch The Penguin season 1 finale with a VPN

Maybe you’re traveling abroad and want to stream The Penguin on Max while you’re away from home. With a VPN you can virtually change your location on your phone, tablet or laptop to access the movie from anywhere in the world. There are even more good reasons to use a VPN for streaming.

A VPN is the best way to prevent your ISP from throttling your speeds by encrypting your traffic. Using a VPN is also a good idea if you’re traveling and find yourself connected to a Wi-Fi network and want to add an extra layer of privacy for your devices and logins. Streaming TV can be a little smoother with a reliable, high-quality VPN that has passed our testing and security standards.

You can use a VPN to stream content legally, as long as VPNs are allowed in your country and you have a valid subscription to the streaming service you are using. The US and Canada are among the countries where VPNs are legal, but we don’t recommend streaming or downloading content from illegal torrent sites. We recommend ExpressVPN, but you can also choose another provider from our best list, such as Surfshark or NordVPN.

ExpressVPN is currently our top VPN pick for people who want a reliable and secure VPN; the service is compatible with a variety of devices. It normally costs $13 per month, but if you sign up for a $100 annual subscription you get four months free and save 70%.

Please note that ExpressVPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Follow the VPN provider’s installation instructions and choose a country where your title of choice will be streamed on Max. Before you open the streaming app, make sure you’re connected to your VPN through your selected region. If you want to stream Furiosa on more than one device, you may need to configure each device to make sure you’re signed in. Go to settings and check your network connections to verify that you are logged in and connected to your VPN account. Now you are ready to open the service for streaming.

If you’re having trouble streaming, first make sure your VPN is active on the encrypted IP address. Double-check that you have followed the installation instructions correctly and that you have chosen the correct geographic area to view. If you are still experiencing connection issues, you may need to restart your device. Close all apps and windows, restart your device and connect to your VPN first. Please note that some streaming services have restrictions on VPN access.
