Three Australians are confronted with the possible death penalty after being arrested by the Indonesian police after the shooting of two Melbourne men in a suspected gangland attack in a Balinese villa.
Zivan ‘Stipe’ Radmanovic, 35, and Sanar Ghanim, 34, were shot down just after midnight in a villa in Munggu – in Badung Regency in Bali in the south Melbourne‘s Quarrel Midden -Serters crime syndicates.
Radmanovic died on the spot after he was shot twice in the chest and once in the foot, while Ghanim was brought with Scot wounds to the BIMC hospital of Kuta.
Ghanim is the former partner of Danielle Stephens, the stepdaughter of the killed Melbourne Gangland -Baas Carl Williams. He was discharged from the hospital on Sunday, with the help of a wheelchair and taking care of a leg, and refused to cooperate with local authorities.

He said that the suspects had changed vehicles several times into a desperate bid to flee Indonesia.
“First they used a motorcycle and then switched to a white Toyota -Fortuner, which was later found in the Tabanan area,” he said.
‘Then they changed again from vehicles, this time in an XL7, and traveled to Surabaya.
‘They then tried to leave the country through [Jakarta’s] Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

Ghanim and his partner have been living in Bali for a while, while Radmanovic and his wife, mother-of-Zes Jazmyn Gourdeas, have arrived with her family on Thursday to celebrate her 30th birthday.
The Bali Tribune reported that Gourdeas slept when she heard her husband scream at 12.15 pm.
She peeked out behind a blanket and saw a man wear an orange jacket and a second man who crashed her husband in the toilet.
