Queen TAKE OUT Thanksgiving Service: Monarch Won’t Be At St Paul’s Cathedral Due To ‘Inconvenience’ During Today’s Balcony Performance
The Queen has withdrawn from Friday’s St Paul’s Cathedral service, Buckingham Palace has announced.
The 96-year-old monarch is said to have experienced ‘inconvenience’ during today’s events and will miss tomorrow’s event with ‘great reluctance’.
The palace said: ‘The Queen thoroughly enjoyed today’s Birthday Parade and Flypas, but did experience some discomfort.’
The head of state will appear tonight at the lighting of the beacons.
