The mother of a little girl who died of malnutrition admitted that she admitted a criminal neglect after spending three years with her innocence.
Charlie Nowland, 6, was not responded to the house of her family Housing Commission in Munno Para, in AdelaideThe northern suburbs, on July 15, 2022.

Hanley brought fiercely denies for the next two years that she has neglected and said her daughter ‘I am not a perfect mother, but I feed my children’.
She added that fighting the charges ‘what Charlie would have wanted’.
Hanley, 49, however, broke in the South Australian Supreme Court On Wednesday, when she argued guilty of three counts of criminal neglect only a week before the case would be tried.
As she sobbed, prosecutors accepted her guilty pleekly and withdrew the indictment against her against her.

The court heard that Hanley Charlie had neglected between 1 April 2022 and 17 July 2022 and committed a criminal neglect in which the child died.
Hanley was Initially released on bail After the police had sued her in 2023, but was previously taken into custody after several infringements with drug use.
In earlier hearings, the prosecutor claimed that Hanley Charlie had raised in a ‘squalid’ house that was ‘uninhabitable for people’.
Hanley previously claimed that she had asked family services for more support after her partner was imprisoned because she had put her three times before Charlie.
Hanley had to learn how to walk again, attacked and had trouble remembering how to perform basic tasks such as Cook Rice or control a car.
Charlie’s funeral in August 2022 was funded by the South Australian government.
Her white coffin was decorated with the handprints of her brothers and sisters, paper red hearts and decorated with colorful flowers and a filled monkey.
Charlie’s father received the day release for the service and looked at live stream from prison.

“We are happy that it did not go to court because of the children,” she told reporters.

Mrs. Patrick added that she did not want to talk about her granddaughter yet, because it would ‘bring too many memories’.
She also hoped that Wednesday’s plea would allow Charlie’s brothers and sisters to actually get some closure. “

Hanley’s lawyer, Chris Kummerow, asked for a long delay prior to the convictions of her client.
He claimed that he would need time to collect information about Hanley’s history as a victim of domestic violence.
Hanley remains in custody until her next hearing, which will be held in August.
