A grandmother who reportedly stabbed her son’s partner and a 10-year-old boy in a disaster along the road shared a house with the woman whom she is accused of attacks.

Julie Ann Williams, 59, lived with her builder son Andrew Williams and his 27-year-old friend Kellie Parkes in a house south of Sydney in Horsley, near Wollongong.

On Wednesday evening, Williams is said to have stopped MS Parkes on West Dapto RD in Wongawilli before she got out of her own car and approached her vehicle, which caused a heated confrontation.

The older woman would then brought out a knife, leaned through the front passenger window of the MS Parkes car and put a 10-year-old boy in the neck.

When MS Parkes got out of her vehicle, Williams would have stabbed her in the belly.

Mrs Parkes and the boy suffered serious stab wounds and were treated on the spot by paramedics around 6 p.m.

The boy was flown Sydney And MS Parkes was taken to the Wollongong hospital.

A three -year -old boy who was also in the car of MS Parkes, escaped unharmed incident and was under the care of a family member.

The alleged attack took place just a three -minute drive from where Williams, her son and Mrs. Parkes lived together.

The police arrested Williams in the Horsley House on Wednesday around 6.30 pm and grabbed her car from the building later that evening.

Wiliiams appeared on Thursday afternoon in Wollongong Local Court accused of two counts of injury with the intention of causing serious physical injury.

She looked at the short procedure via Audiovisual Link from Wollongong Police Station and did not apply for bail.

Williams leaned forward to listen and when the case was postponed, the Magistrate David Williams told: “Thank you, your honor.”

She is the subject of an interim -maintained order that protects MS Parkes with conditions, including not within 500 meters from the parental home.

When asked if she understood the limitation, Williams said, “Yes, I understand.”

Neighbors said Williams lived in a flat behind the Horsley House, while her son lived in front and MS Parkes spent most of her nights there.

“She (MS Parkes) is always here,” a neighbor told Daily Mail Australia.

“I always hear the son and his mother fight a lot. Not really the girlfriend and the mother. ‘

Another neighbor said about MS Parkes: “She almost lives here.”

Van Williams said that neighbor: ‘I didn’t have much to do with her. You wouldn’t choose it. ‘

Detective chief inspector Brad Ainsworth said that the three -year -old boy was ‘not injured, not touched and not approached’.

The condition of the 10-year-old boy and Mrs. Parkes had improved and they were “in danger and progressed well,” he said.

Detective -Head inspector Ainsworth thanked members of the audience who had rushed to help Mrs. Parkes and the boy and said it was not clear what caused the alleged attack.

‘Really, there are words to describe what [Williams] Allegedly it would have done it – it’s just, it’s crazy, “he said.

Williams returns to the court on August 6 when she is represented by legal aid.

The police have insisted everyone with information, CCTV or Dashcam images in connection with the alleged stabbing to contact Crime Stoppers at 1800 333,000.
