Price, who has been a panell member in the project since the debut of the show in 2009, also remembered his preference for the earlier hosts of the show, including Charlie Pickering and Carrie Bickmore.
“I have the privilege of being here,” during his tribute.

During his chat prize it revealed that he brought his adult daughter to see his last show ever.
“My daughter Kate is here tonight. She was 11 when I started doing this. She was still in primary school, “he said.
Price, who was a regular panel member before the start of the Working Week edition of the show, joked that he would not know what to do with his Monday now that the show has been canceled.
“I love the crew behind this show,” he added.
‘They are the best in the world … and the on-Air hosts have been fantastic. You have all been very generous and nice to me. ‘

The broadcaster, who regularly appears as a panellist in the Sunday edition of the project, also thanked the regular studio goal of the show that she said, “week after week before this wonderful show.”
The producer of the show shared the moment on X with the caption: “It took us only 30 seconds to start crying during our last week in the air.”
The project houses Waleed Aly, Sarah Harris and Hamish Macdonald will leave the network, while comedian Sam Taunton will Follow his guest appearances on other ten shows.
The project leaves the TV schedule after 16 years and more than 4,500 episodes.
