Kepler Interactive and Sandfall Interactive have announced a new collaboration with the British jewelry designer Hannah Martin to make a collection of conceptual digital pieces inspired by Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
Inspired by the Belle Époque Beauty Age of French and European History and daring brutism, these digital designs were inspired by the main characters of Clair ObscurGustave, Lune, Sciel, Maelle and Verso, and made with 18 carat gold and jet -black obsidian to reflect the interpretation of Martin van de Aesthetics of Expedition 33.
The developers of Sandfall Interactive took the designs of Martin and modeled them complicated in Unreal Engine 5 to make a series of in-engine images “that go completely together with a stunning daring artistry.” You can view them below.
These are only digital, conceptual designs, but I would like the jewelry collection to become available in the game as a downloadable content (DLC).
“This collaboration has been great,” Martin said in a press release. “It is a totally new territory for me, and I thought it was great to explore and push the boundaries between reality and unreality. It has been a constant dance between real world and fantasy.”
Moreover, Martin also continued and 33 Real Sterling created silver chains inspired by the design that represents Verso. Unfortunately, these pieces are not for sale and are made in a limited amount as a celebration of the game as a “thank you” for members of the community and artists who have supported the game and its creation.
In Techradar Gaming’s Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 judgementManaging editor Rob Dwiar said that the game is “easy to do an early game of the annual candidate” and praise his “excellent writing and stories” and “wonderfully stylish and versatile fighting”.
