iRobot/CNET

This model is a popular choice among our CNET readers, and it’s also a great price for a robovac that scored highly on our list of the best robot vacuums of 2024. While it doesn’t have a built-in mop, it does have excellent obstacle detection, and (for all the dog and cat owners out there) it’s extremely smart to avoid pet waste.

Shark/CNET

This smart vacuum cleaner works with Alexa, so you can control the vacuum cleaner with any Alexa device and even your phone. It also has a three-brush system including side brushes, channel brushes, and a multi-surface brush roll to suck up every last bit of dirt and grime on your floors.

Yeedi/CNET

Yeedi, a sub-brand of Ecovacs, has several Prime Day deals on its affordable robot vacuums, but this 38% price cut on the self-emptying C12 Pro Plus is among the best. Not only can it vacuum your floors, but it also mop them.
There’s over $200 off right now. But this appointment is exclusively for Prime members. Non-Prime members can save $100, bringing the price down to $499.

Roborock/CNET

It has powerful suction, so you can ensure that every last speck of dust or dirt is cleared away. It also has an auto-mopping function, which means the robot can automatically switch to mopping when it senses it’s needed, so you can really sit back and relax.

This offer is only available to Prime members.

When was Amazon’s Prime Day 2024 event in October?

Amazon’s Prime Day event in October took place October 8 and 9. That means the 2024 sale is over, but the deals are not all dry up when the event ends. We’ll continue to round up the best robot vacuum cleaner deals you can still buy after the event.

How does October’s Prime Day compare to July’s Prime Day?

There are many similarities between the two sales. Many of the same deals will return during the October sale, especially on Amazon’s own devices like Blink and Ring home security devices, Fire TVs and tablets, Echo devices, and more.

The main difference has to do with the timing of the sale. Because Prime Day falls in summer in July, there is more focus on back-to-school and outdoor deals. This includes school supplies, grills, lawn mowers and more. During Prime Day in October, we’ll see more deals geared toward the upcoming holidays, like kitchenware for a Thanksgiving meal or toys and games for kids for Christmas.

How does Amazon’s October Prime Day sale work?

The idea behind the sale is quite simple: Subscribers to Amazon’s Prime service can get exclusive discounts on thousands of products and services on the site for a limited time. While the products are still available to non-Prime members, they often offer additional savings for members, with many dropping prices to new lows.

When you’re signed into your Prime account and look at a product landing page, you’ll see the discounted price if it’s on sale. Normally, you don’t need any special coupon codes or use a specific payment method to get the discounts. If you spend your money wisely each year, you can easily recoup your Prime membership costs during the event.

Where can you currently find offers?

The CNET Deals team covers the best price drops, discounts and offers from all the top retailers every day. Whether it’s a one-day promotion at Woot, a weekend sale at Best Buy, or a coupon code for a product at Amazon, if it’s a good deal, we’ll cover it.

Make sure you check out all the great deals every day at CNET.com/deals and sign up for our CNET Cheapskate newsletter for a daily digest of the deals delivered to your inbox. You can also sign up for CNET Deals text alerts for curated deals during the event, and install our CNET Shopping browser extension to ensure purchases you make throughout the year are at the lowest price available.
