Ways to wear a triangular scarf
If you like the idea of these little triangular accessories but aren’t sure how to incorporate them into your own outfits, here are some styling tips to make getting ready a breeze.
Classic sheet
This effortless and quick way to style your scarf can look super chic if you do it right. Simply drape the scarf around your neck with the ends hanging down, no tying action required.
Knot it
Fold the scarf in the middle to form a triangle. Place the large pointed part in the front and wrap the two ends around your neck. Tie both ends together around the back of your neck in a loose knot to create a fitted yet sophisticated look.
You can also turn it around and have the loose button in the front to create a cool triangular look in the back – this works best over a knit sweater or over a jacket without a big collar so you can see all the details in the back .
Over the shoulder
If you have a larger scarf, open it and drape it over one shoulder, letting both corners fall over each side.
Layered with a jacket
These scarves look fantastic when worn over more formal coats and jackets. They go especially well with styles such as denim jackets, blazers, trench coats or long coats.
Choker
Fold the scarf into a narrow band and wrap it around your neck like a choker. While this look is stylish, it may not provide as much warmth.
