Trains and flights delayed due to poor visibility as dense fog hangs over Delhi

New Delhi: A thick layer of fog blanketed several states across the country on Saturday morning. Delhi is also covered in a dense layer of smog, causing several flights and trains to be delayed due to poor visibility. Passengers who have arrived at the stations and airport on time have to wait long hours as trains and flights are delayed as a precaution due to poor visibility. The India Meteorological Department has also issued a notice of dense to very dense fog conditions in northern India.
