UFC 309 Jon Jones vs. Stipe Miocic: watch live stream, start time, full map

A full year after the two were originally scheduled to meet in the Octagon, Jon Jones will defend his heavyweight title against Stipe Miocic on Saturday at UFC 309 in New York.

The clash was scheduled for October 2023 to headline UFC 295, but those plans were derailed after Jones was forced to withdraw following a chest injury.

The fight marks Jones’ first action since March of last year, when he claimed the heavyweight title from Ciryl Gane at UFC 285 with an emphatic first-round submission via guillotine choke.

The wait has been even longer for Miocic, who hasn’t fought since losing the heavyweight title to Francis Ngannou at UFC 260 in March 2021.

The bill also includes the long-awaited return of Michael Chandler, who fights for the first time in two years in a match against former UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira.

MMA fans in the UK can watch all the action from New York via TNT Sports. However, unlike some UFC events on the network, this event will be PPV, with access to live coverage of the full card for £20.
