“The Duchess and her team had high expectations and expected that she would get a print cover or at least a digital coverage in it, but Enninful (depicted) was unable to satisfy those expectations,” said a source

“The whole process became very difficult. Edward could only promise her a great feature function in the magazine and online – but she rejected it. ‘

According to insiders, the project needed a complete production team, including photographers, videographers, stylists and editors to make exclusive images and to film an in -depth video function with the Sussexes.

Sources claim that after Mr Enninful had explained that he had another coverage in mind, the Meghan team had asked if the couple could appear on Vogue’s special digital cover instead, that is, that is released next to the printed edition.

Mr Enninful follows all three charity organizations of the king on Instagram – but Meghan or one of her companies does not follow.

Conde Nast also refused to comment.
