The travel experts at Iglu Cruise have compared Google Trends search data between 2024 and 2025 and limited a top 10 that really warms up.

Under the Top Islands there is a mix of classic vacation spots and some new favorites.

The destination that saw the biggest increase was Paros, with 283 percent more people looking for ‘Holiday to Paros’ in the first week of June of this year compared to 12 months ago.

The island, part of the Cyclades, is known for unspoilt beaches, classic whitewashed villages and the valued marble – the same that was used to sculpt the Venus de Milo.

“Paros can easily become a top competition from Mykonos,” said Iglu Cruise.

Although Paros has exploded in popularity, the next island has also seen a huge boost in people looking for breaks on the coasts.
