Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat will inaugurate a three-day national research conference that will focus on India’s path to development.
The national conference, aimed at promoting research culture among youth by combining India’s cultural heritage with contemporary research methods, will kick off on November 15.
RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat will inaugurate the “Vision for Viksit Bharat – VIVIBHA 2024”, an event organized by RSS affiliate Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal at SGT University, Gurugram.
“As part of VIVIBHA 2024the karyakartas of Bharatiya Shiksha Mandal, reached over a million students and researchers, over one lakh teachers and over 10,000 educational institutions. The submitted research papers have been reviewed by a panel of subject experts from across the country and the selected researchers will be given an opportunity to present their work at the conference,” said Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal National President Sachchidanand Joshi.
“The Bharat-oriented research initiatives will improve research quality and promote a spirit of learning, writing skills and research aptitude among the youth. Vivibha will motivate the young researchers to carry out studies aimed at rural development and conservation of Indian knowledge systemwhich is essential for achieving the dream of Viksit Bharat”, he continued.
The event will include an exhibition using Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on “Research to Realization” and India’s Knowledge System.
“The exhibition will highlight India’s contributions in the field of knowledge and science, ranging from the pioneering insights of ancient sages to path-breaking innovations of modern scientists of India,” Joshi explained.
“This exhibition will provide insights into the future of education and provide young students and researchers with an immersive experience of indigenous teaching methods, major reforms and technological advancements, and inspire them to contribute to a developed, superior and self-reliant India,” he stated further. .
Notable attendees include ISRO chief S. Somnath, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Nobel laureate Kailash Satyarthi, besides vice-chancellors of central and state universities and directors of IITS, IIMs, NITs and IISERs, among others.
