During Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference in June, the company said that it iOS 18 for the general public this fall. But it has already released the iPhone update to developers and beta testers so they can try out all the new features, such as RCS messaging and customize home screen. Please note: iOS 18 is still in beta, so these features may be buggy or not work properly. We recommend downloading the beta on something other than your primary device. Since this is not the final version of iOS 18, the update may be buggy and your battery life may be short. It’s best to keep those issues on a secondary device. I downloaded the beta on my old iPhone XR to keep any bugs or issues away from my iPhone 14 Pro.
