In a now viral TikTok video, Ester Motza (@estermotza) told how she “gets scared when a wasp flies by,” but that she has discovered the ultimate “game changer.”

She showed how she cleans her lounge chair with the purchase.
After the surface was covered in soap, she rinsed everything off with a garden hose.
And now it was over for the insects, she explained that wasps and spiders don’t like the smell.

The experts explained that the insects avoid herbs and wasp-repellent plants, including eucalyptus, lemongrass, peppermint, cloves and bay leaves.
Wasps are also sensitive to marigolds, geraniums and pennyroyal.
For added protection, they recommended planting these species close to doors and windows.
You can also make your own essential oil blends.
Mix the essential oils of lemongrass and geranium, dilute with water and shake.
