By going to a public Facebook group, Updates on extreme weather and thunderstorms in the UKGarden enthusiast Sarah Garrett went viral when she shared her solution to the wet summer: a photo of a tent she had set up in her garden.
She wrote: “I bought myself a small storm tent [grinning face emoji] whether it rains or when the sun shines [rolling on the floor laughing face and rain cloud emoji].”
The photos she uploaded showed the spacious tent, which cost £49.99 from The Range, set up with two garden chairs and a table inside.
Nearly 3,000 people recognized themselves in the comments and let us know how great they thought the find was. Summer lovers even said it wasn’t a wish, but a ‘need’.
