The 12 handsome men in this exclusive photo, selected by a jury, include a King’s Guard and a wrestler.
The winner of the competition – which supports the charity Balls to Cancer – will be crowned in Leicester on August 20 and will represent England at the Mr World competition in Vietnam next month.

1. Roman Quane
SPORTS coaching student Roman Quane, 19, from Thurrock, Essex, is also a cage fighter and speaks Italian, Spanish and French.
He says, “My motto is: Confront the unknown and embrace it.”
2. Dil Malik
WEBSITE designer Dil Malik, 26, from Ealing, West London, is a fitness coach and also helps disadvantaged young people.
He says, “I would be honored to represent our country with a purpose.”
3. Ball Tattla
BAL TATTLA, 26, from Greenford, West London, is an assistant manager at financial services firm Deloitte and also works with disadvantaged children.
He says, “I am determined to help others who have been less fortunate.”
4.Tommy Dodd
CIVIL engineer Tommy Dodd, 32, from Tenterden, Kent, is supporting the British Heart Foundation after his father Adrian died from heart disease in 2022.
He says, “Life is too short – you have to make the most of it and push your limits.”
5. Christian Hawkins
SECURITY SPECIALIST Christian Hawkins, 25, from Reigate, Surrey, is also a keen bodybuilder, restores classic cars and enjoys clay pigeon shooting.
Christian says: “Now I hope to achieve my goal as Mr. England.”
6. Joe Hardcastle
PERSONAL trainer Joe Hardcastle, 21, from Leicester, turned to fitness as an outlet during a difficult childhood and founded the charity Active Lives Community.
He says, “Now I teach others who are struggling with similar problems that there are simple ways out, you just need to be guided onto the right path.”
7. As Bailey
CELEBRITY personal trainer Ash Bailey, 27, from Beaconsfield, Bucks, has worked with the cast of Jurassic World Dominion and Ted Lasso.
He says: “Stars or not, they have to work hard just like everyone else.”
8. Nathan Engel
NATHAN ANGEL, 21, from Purbeck, Dorset, is a sheep farmer by day and a wrestler by night.
He says, “There’s really not much difference between wrestling a sheep and wrestling a human.”
9.Daniel Rodzoch
MODEL Daniel Rodzoch, 23, from Manchester, supports cancer charity Sam’s Diamonds in Widnes because his mother had the disease.
He says of survivors: “They showed me that when life is at its darkest, we find something within ourselves that helps us reach heights beyond our expectations.”
10. Sean McKitterick
FOR physiotherapist Sean McKitterick, 25, from Newcastle on Tyne, his greatest achievement is giving a new lease on life to a woman who has difficulty walking.
He says: “Working on these kinds of things is incredibly satisfying.”
11. Manuel Alcantara-Turner
KINGS Guard Manuel Alcantara-Turner, 22, based in Windsor, Berks, says he joined the army at 16 knowing it would make or break him.
He adds: “It changed me from a boy into a man.”
12. Usman Janjua
The 24-year-old CEO of Birmingham-based property company Usman Janjua is a model, boxer and traveller.
He says: “It’s great to get to know other cultures, you learn so much and it’s money well spent.”
Usman also volunteers at a children’s fund in Pakistan.
