Mikhail Antonio Has released images of his meticulous journey to return to full fitness after surviving a horror car who left him with a broken leg.

“The sessions are very tough,” the attacker continued. ‘After each my leg is dead for a few hours!

‘I do a lot of power and strength to make my body normal again. I am still struggling because my brain constantly tells my leg: “You can’t do it.”

But he added: “It gets better every day, every week.”
