Westlife fans share concern about Mark Fehily, because he was not seen in the middle of health problems on Instagram in a year – after Band announced that he left the 25th birthday.

The boy band revealed on Thursday that Mark, 45, was forced to withdraw from their 25 -year anniversary show In the London Royal Albert Hall later this year.

After their formation in 1998, Mark enjoyed enormous success with Nicky, Shane and Kian, before she took a step back in February 2024 because of his poor health.

Last year Mark announced his temporary deviation from the Irish Boy band, just a few days before they would go through America on their very first tour.

Long -term poor health resulted in an attempt to recover after the Sepsis diagnosis.

When he went to Instagram at that moment, he wrote: ‘Hello and a lot of love for all of you! It is Mark here.

‘It all started 3.5 years ago in August 2020 when I was operated on. Within a few days after this operation I had severe pain and I was in a hurry in A&E.

“I finally ended that terrible day on the ICU (Intensive Care), where I was informed that I had developed severe ‘sepsis’ because of a complication with the operation, a life -threatening infection that would require immediate emergency operations to solve the problem and in fact save my life.”

He added: ‘I spent the coming months in the hospital. It was during Lockdown. For months, because of strict COVID restrictions, I was not allowed to visit visitors, including my fiancée and my 10-month-old daughter.

‘It was a very difficult time physically and mentally, not to mention the fact that traumatically has to spend on the IC for so long.

‘At the end of 2021 I became very ill in Newcastle for a concert and I ended up in A&E, this time I was told that I had pneumonia. I was told that I had to go home immediately to recover and unfortunately miss the rest of the concerts in December.

‘I was referred to a consultant who told me that I needed more operation that I continued with in May 2022, which means that I was forced to miss more of the Wild Dreams tour.

‘Three months after that operation, I did my best to soldier soldier and go back on tour, but unfortunately the physical demands of the concerts and extensive journeys remained too much for me.

‘I developed a very large’ incision -hernia ‘and I was told that I had to continue to repair it. This would be my fourth major operation since the start of all this, but I had no other option. ‘

He confirmed his temporary interruption of the band and added: ‘It is with the most regret level that I now have to temporarily travel from all Westlife Touring to a time: that I have had the chance to fully recover from the turbulent journey that I have experienced as an individual.

Sepsis is a life -threatening condition that is caused when the body releases chemicals to combat an infection.

These chemicals damage their own tissues and organs of the body and can lead to shock, organ failure and death.

Organization and death are more likely if sepsis is not recognized early and will be treated immediately.

Mark’s exit from the group came after a series of health problems in recent years, forcing the singer to drop the summer shows of Westlife in May 2024.
