A woman showed off the beauty techniques that can take years off her appearance.

In her viral videoTikTok user Tams (@tamsskyn) showed her followers the makeup regimen she swears by, while still looking half her age.

The 43-year-old explains that she creates a ‘youthful’ look with her cosmetic products.

“The first step is always skincare before you put on makeup, because glowing skin creates glowing skin,” Tams explains.

She also advised her followers not to use foundation that covers all of their skin.

Instead, she opted to use just a tinted sunscreen as a base layer on her face.

Tams said the product gives “light coverage and a nice glow.”

She also advised covering only the areas that need it, such as under the eyes.

The beautician demonstrated how she applies her concealer with her finger, explaining that this gives a “more natural finish.”

Tams then applied a cream blush to her cheeks to make her face ‘glow’.

She applied the same shade of blush to her nose and lips.

Finally, Tams revealed the only parts of her face she ever captured.

She named the three places where the stone should be set, under her eyes, her nose, and her cupid’s bow.
