Since the loss, Mrs Hinch has only posted a handful of times on Instagram as they process the loss as a family.

Today she posted a video of her son Lennie and gave an update on her “extreme grieving process.”

The clip showed her three-year-old son reciting a prayer in church that included the words: “Praise the Lord as we sit together, bless the hands that prepare the food, bless us Lord, Amen.”

Mrs Hinch, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, said: “Children are so precious.

“Our Lennies prayer in church makes me smile every time I look at it. A simple smile is everything right now.

“I see the signs, I feel his presence, I truly believe that my father is here with us and will guide us until we meet again.

“To anyone else going through an extreme grieving process: my thoughts are with you.

“And I wanted to send my love. I don’t believe this will ever get easier, why does it even feel like it’s getting harder?

“But I pray… I pray that over time we will grow stronger, so that one day this pain will feel a little less.

“Thank you for your kind words and thank you for being here.”

Mrs Hinch shares heartbreaking message as she admits she’s ‘trying to heal as she tries to grieve’

The cleaning enthusiast previously said her late father, who suffered from “chest, lung and heart problems” his entire life, “never blessed with… fantastic health” and had been in hospital for several weeks in 2023.

The mother of two recently took an eight-week break from social media, but upon her return shared an emotional and heartbreaking update with her followers, bravely confessing that she was “trying to heal, while trying to grieve.”

Mrs Hinch shared a touching video on Instagram of herself and her youngest son Lennie, three, walking through the fields.

Alongside the adorable video, which saw the young boy holding his mother’s hand, Mrs Hinch told her 4.8million followers: “Trying to heal, trying to grieve, trying to live, trying to dream, trying to laugh, trying to love.”

The influencer, who counts Stacey Solomon among her best friends, wrote: “ILYD,” which means “I love you, dad.”

Sophie previously told her fans: “I’d be lying if I said I was okay… in fact I’m devastated.

”I’m feeling an extreme mix of emotions and not much of it is right right now.

”It’s like I’ve entered a new part of my world, where there’s only sadness, and it feels heavy; something I can’t describe unless you’ve been there.

”Right now I’m really trying to navigate this new life without one of the people I love the most; one of my biggest pillars of support.

“I feel like my father taught me everything I know, except how to live without him.”

When did Mrs Hinch’s father die?

On May 8, 2024, Sophie announced that her beloved father had passed away “suddenly, but peacefully.”

Her father passed away on April 25, 2024, but his grieving daughter waited until she was ready to share the sad news with her fans.

In April 2023, Sophie announced that she was taking a break from social media after her father was hospitalized.

She then said, “My dad is in the hospital right now, guys. My dad has never been blessed, let’s say, with fantastic health – of his chest, his lungs, his heart.

“He’s always had a hard time with it, you know.”

She heartbreakingly added: “I just want him to be happy.”

The grieving mother also took the time to thank her fans for their support during this difficult time for her and her loved ones.

She continued: “I just wanted to stop by and say thank you so much for the overwhelming amount of love and support.

“I may not be able to reach you all right away, but I see you and I am so grateful.

”Thank you for being so patient with me as I tried to find my feet again alongside my family, who I am SO incredibly proud of and love with all my heart.

“I really hope that one day I will be back in my place, my family means everything to me.”
