Posh Spice shared a tutorial on Instagram in which she lightly applies concealer under her eyes.

Then she gently dabs it in with her ring finger.

However, she advised other women to never apply concealer just below their waterline.

“I think it can be a blind eye,” she explained.

“This dark line that runs from the center of the nose almost to the top of the cheek is where I apply the product.

“I also notice that I get dark spots on the inside of my eye.

“So I make sure that I get the product there too.”

Victoria also applies concealer to the upper lid, which she says she can also use as an eyeshadow primer.

She also works a little into the corners of her nose and along the sides, both times using her ring finger.

“I just lightly smear it on my cheeks,” she added.

Is an under-eye concealer ever worth £64?

Victoria uses the exact same concealer as she does, a new product from her eponymous makeup line. But you can also create the effect yourself with your favorite product.

“The Victoria Beckham Beauty Concealer Pen combines second-skin makeup with Augustinus Bader’s world-famous TFC8 technology,” wrote the Spice Girl.

“A key component is the tapered brush, which I was obsessed with because I wanted it to have the right shape for very precise, paint-like application.

“I’m wearing the shade LM2 and apply it gently around my eyes, the sides of my nose, the corners of my mouth and lightly on my cheeks.”

Expert makeup artist gives her verdict on Posh’s new concealer

VISAGARIS Lisa Coleman says: “I find the packaging frustrating because you can’t see how much is left in the tube.

“The color match online is also a bit tricky. If you want to try this product, go to a beauty counter where you can get the right color match.

“It’s quite a high coverage under-eye shade. It’s definitely meant to conceal, rather than reflect light, in the same way that a product like YSL Touche Eclat does.

“A little goes a long way, so use sparingly to avoid aging your face. Overall it was a great product, but there are many options on the high street that cost a lot less and do the same job.

“Shop around and try out some testers if you can before investing such a large amount of money.”

Dark circles under the eyes can occur for a number of reasons.

While it’s impossible to completely remove them, you can lighten their appearance with makeup and skin care.

As we age, the skin loses collagen and elastin, making it thinner and more transparent.

This makes the underlying blood vessels more visible.

The fat pads around the eyes also thin with age, creating a hollow that can cause shadows and make dark circles appear more pronounced.
