- Microsoft replaces his blue screen with a black screen of death
- This will be from service from the original BSOD after decades
- It is planned to roll out later this summer
Microsoft has gradually been renovated Windows 11With an improved Xbox app aligned for the new Rog Xbox Ally Handhelds that one Aggregated game library – But it seems that gaming -upgrades are not the only things on the Microsoft radar.
As reported by The edgeMicrosoft replaces the Windows 11 Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) with a black screen of death, after decades of the presence of the latter on several Windows literations. Apparently it wants to offer more clarity and concise information to easily resolve user errors.
This new design should start to roll out later this summer, and if I am honest (although Microsoft did not explain it), it seems that this change is part of the large upgrade package that was built for a more hand-friendly gaming experience. (As the rack suggests) However, it can also be a reaction 2024’s crowdstrike –.
It seems like a strange design change, at least in the sense of going from blue to black, especially after the original has been around for many decades. At the very least we can still call in the ‘BSOD’ error message. However, the stop code will still be present, which helps to give more insight into potential problems.
Analysis: Do not repair what is not broken Microsoft …
Although I am not completely angry with this change, I am more concerned about whether this introduces problems. In my experience there is hardly any wrong with the current BSOD error report; I am sure that this update will be beneficial for solving problems, but I get the feeling of ‘not repairing what is not broken’.
If we recently go with updates with updates, if we recently go with updates, it does not arouse that the transition to a black screen of death will not break somehow. Of course, there will always be a bugs or two with different Windows 11builds, but part of being Updates earlier this year were alarmingly difficult.
I also remained reluctant when updating the operating system, as well as Nvidia‘s GPU drivers, both of which caused errors. Windows left games like Assassin’s Creed Origins and other Ubisoft -titles crash Or unable to be executed, while (about the new black screen of death) Nvidia’s GeForce drivers continued to cause black screen errors on driver installations or in the user notification.
If this is implemented without complications or large bugs, then I am happy; It will usually be useful for Windows Handheld Gaming PCs, because the reduced amount of text is easier to analyze on a smaller screen. I just hope that this will not be a bigger problem than it should be. See you BSOD, and welcome the new BSOD …
