The impact of Karmayogi Saptah is clearly visible in the numbers: with a whopping 45.6 lakh course registrations, 32.6 lakh completions and over 38 lakh learning hours, the event set a precedent for large-scale, impactful learning initiatives, the report said.
During the week, 4.3 lakh participants spent at least four hours learning, while 37,000 Group A officials, along with many senior officials, prioritized professional development, the statement said.
“More than 23,800 people spent four or more hours on new learning. Joint Secretaries and senior officers were also highly engaged, demonstrating that commitment to learning starts at the top,” the report said.
At the inaugural event, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched India’s first public human resource competency model – the Karmayogi Competency Model, which draws inspiration from indigenous knowledge systems and elaborated on key ‘sankalpas’ (solutions) and ‘gunas’ (virtues) every day.
