A social media savvy woman has shared her reaction to a ketchup bottle trick that has gained a lot of attention online.

She was very impressed with the neat trick, but others think it was no big deal.

In a viral TikTok videoshe revealed an interesting new way to open her ketchup bottle.

She admitted that she was completely devastated.

The housewife joked that she was “years old today” when she discovered the unique trick.

She demonstrated how she used the top of the ketchup bottle to make a hole in the seal.

The top has a smaller hole that fits securely into a hole in the cover.

First she unscrewed it and removed the unopened seal.

Then she turned it over and pressed it firmly into the vacuum pack.

Kalyn also turned it from left to right a few times to make sure it went through evenly.

Finally, she put the white cap back on and tightened it tightly.

There was an expression of awe on her face.

She tilted the top toward the camera, revealing a hole just the right size for the ketchup to seep through.

Opinions about the food hack were divided and not everyone was enthusiastic about it.

“Don’t do that because after a while mold can form on the seal,” wrote one viewer.

“Not everything is a hack,” someone noted.

Others didn’t understand why she didn’t just take the top off.
