A woman has been praised after she showed how she transformed her bathroom in seconds using just one piece of furniture.

Vicky wanted some extra storage space in the room and also wanted to add a stylish touch.

And she succeeded in doing so within seconds, thanks to a Von Haus cabinet that she bought at the furniture supermarket.

Vicky took over TikTok to show how she put the £59.99 cabinet in place: the Chester Under Sink Basin Unit.

Although the back is open, that opening is not visible when the sink is in place because the pedestal of the sink fits into it.

Once in place, two large shelves are available for storage space.

Vicky admitted that she gets “so many messages every day” asking where she got the cabinet, so she decided to address it in the TikTok video.

She added in the caption that it wouldn’t be in stock until later this month.

But since Vicky posted the video, the cabinet is back in stock.

She also showed how she used the cabinet to make her bathroom smell delicious, stocking it with Flash and Febreze products in the new Rio Carnival scent.

And in the comments, people were wildly enthusiastic in praising Vicky for her clever transformation.

“This is a great option for people who rent or simply can’t afford to remodel their bathroom,” one person wrote.

“Perfect!! I hate pedestal sinks,” added another.

“I need this,” said a third.

“Wow, that’s super cute!” said someone else.

“What a great idea!” wrote another.

And the positive reviews on the Von Haus website kept pouring in. One of them wrote: “I love this apartment!

“It was so easy to put together. It looks great in my bathroom.”

“I am very happy with this unit,” added another.

“I found it easy to fit and the end result is beautiful and ideal for my small bathroom.”

“I absolutely love this cabinet,” said someone else.

Four Cheap Home Renovation Tricks

YOU don’t have to spend a ton of money to give a room a new look. Here are five other home renovation tricks you can try.

Kitchen cabinets

One way to give your kitchen a complete transformation for less is to change the look of your kitchen cabinets. There are many different vinyl sidings to choose from, and it’s a quick and easy way to update your home.

Handles

Another thing you can try without spending a lot of money is to replace the handles. You can buy relatively cheap handles at hardware stores or even thrift stores. Adding new handles to your kitchen cabinets or doors in your home can be very effective.

Leftovers

Most of us have old, half-used cans of paint sitting around in the garage, but they’re often forgotten about. However, there could be enough in the can to paint an accent wall in another room, and you don’t have to spend a dime.

Free stuff

It’s worth checking your local Facebook Marketplace or Freecycle to see what other people are getting rid of. As they say, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure. And if someone is planning to redecorate a room, they might want to get rid of a sofa or coffee table that could be used to give a lounge a new look.

“It has really improved my bathroom visually and the storage space is excellent.”

Others, however, were less convinced about the expansion of the cabinet.

“It looks messy,” someone wrote.

“I don’t think it looks nice…” added another.

Thirdly, it was said to be ‘catalogue material from the 1980s’.
