WWE Monday Night Raw debuts live on Netflix in January with a star-studded lineup
Building on the momentum of the live boxing match between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul, Netflix and WWE today announced that Monday Night Raw will debut on the streamer on January 6, 2025. Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Travis Scott shared the news with fans at Scott’s concert last weekend in Las Vegas, adding that the rapper is delivering the new theme song for Raw.
Netflix promises a slew of stars as wrestling fans turn on the streaming app on premiere day so you can see John Cena, Roman Reigns, Bianca Belair, Cody Rhodes and “many other superstars and surprise guests.”
Watch the broadcast live from the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles at 5:00 PM PT/8:00 PM ET on January 6. A partnership between the streaming giant and WWE was initially announced in January this year, with Netflix saying it will stream weekly live shows and flagship events from World Wrestling Entertainment, including WrestleMania, SmackDown, NXT, Summer Slam and Royal Rumble. Select programs are also streamed for viewers outside the US. Subscribers should look out for WWE programming on January 1, leading up to the official premiere of Monday Night Raw.
The launch of WWE on Netflix marks the latest round of sports live streaming on the platform. The Chiefs vs. Steelers stream at 1:00 PM ET, and the Ravens vs. Texans airs at 4:30 PM ET, with Beyoncé set to perform for the latter during the halftime show.
