Xiaomi Book Pro 2022 with E4 OLED display launched: details
The Xiaomi Book Pro 2022 series was launched on Monday in two models. While one comes in a 14-inch variant, the other features a 16-inch display. The newly unveiled notebook series features E4 OLED displays that make use of 3D LUT color correction created by Xiaomi, along with Dolby Vision support. The Xiaomi Book Pro 2022 notebooks feature a lightweight build with a thickness of 14.9mm. On the other hand, both the variants are powered by 12th Gen Intel Core P-series SoC.

Xiaomi’s Book Pro 14-inch 2022 starts at CNY 6,799 (approximately Rs. 80,000) for the i5 version and CNY 8,499 (approximately Rs. 1,00,000) for the i7 version. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Book Pro 16-inch 2022 is priced at CNY 7,399 (approximately Rs. 87,000) for the i5 version, while it can be purchased for CNY 9,399 (approximately Rs. 1,10,700) for the i7 version.

The Xiaomi Book Pro 14-inch laptop features an E4 OLED display that uses 3D LUT color correction created by the company. The 14-inch Book Pro 2022 runs on Windows 11 and features a 90Hz display with Dolby Vision support that is protected by Gorilla Glass 3. The display has a resolution of 2880×1800 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16:10. The laptop’s display has a peak brightness of up to 600 nits. The Xiaomi Book Pro 14-inch laptop is powered by 12th Gen Intel Core P-series SoC, as mentioned above. The laptop comes with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM with 512GB of storage. The Xiaomi Book Pro 14-inch laptop supports 100W charging via USB Type-C with the help of a GaN charging adapter. The 14-inch model of the Xiaomi Book Pro 2022 weighs 1.5kg.

The Xiaomi Book Pro 16-inch 2022 laptop shares largely the same specs as the Xiaomi 14-inch Book Pro 2022. Much like Xiaomi’s recently launched 14-inch laptop, the 16-inch variant also features an E4 OLED Retina Master touchscreen that uses 3D LUT color correction. This laptop also runs on Windows 11 and is powered by a 12th-generation Intel Core P-series SoC. However, the Xiaomi Book Pro 16-inch 2022 has a 60Hz display, unlike the 14-inch.
The 16-inch laptop also has Dolby Vision support, protected by Gorilla Glass 3. The Xiaomi Book Pro 16-inch 2022 also supports 100W charging via a USB Type-C charger, just like the 14-inch Book Pro 2022.
It is also 14.9mm thick, but weighs 1.8kg, which is different from the 14-inch model.
