Jordan James Parke, a TV star who calls himself the Lip King, has been arrested over the death, which occurred after the 33-year-old suffered complications during surgery at a Gloucester clinic.

Alice is the 28th person Briton in recent years to die from the operation, leading experts to say the UK is facing a botched BBL crisis.

However, there are plenty of natural ways to have a butt as sensational as Kim Kardashian’s.

Fitness fanatic Treasure (@TheTreasuresHow) took to TikTok to reveal how to get a “natural BBL” with a simple three-part workout routine.

Showing off her impressive physique, the fitness influencer revealed that to achieve her look, she trains her lower body three times a week.

“Tips on how to get BBL charges,” she joked.

This is done through exercises such as weighted squats, lunges and deadlifts.

The fitness professional added that she also trains her upper body three times a week, focusing on her shoulders and back.

You can do this through exercises such as lateral raises, bend over rows and reverse flyes.

The final step in Treasure’s routine is maintaining a consistent cardio routine.

This could be by running on a treadmill, in the park or by trying a spinning class at the local gym.

Treasure also recommended eating plenty of protein, as this is crucial for muscle growth.

Protein contains amino acids that are used to stimulate the growth of myofibrils, which are the filaments that make up muscles.

According to the NHSthe recommended amount of protein to build muscle is 1.2–1.7 grams per kilogram of body weight per day.

Treasure’s video has probably left a lot of people impressed as it has racked up over 154,000 views on the video sharing platform.

TikTok users rushed to the comments section of the video to share their thoughts on her workout routine.

One person said, “This is exactly how I do it!”

Another person said, “I’m going to start this!”

A third person said: “Goals”

A fourth said: “Amazing!”
