You have the eyes of a hawk if you can spot the rattlesnake in 18 seconds
A SNAKE has cleverly hidden itself in the undergrowth and only people with X-ray vision can find it.
If you can find the creature within 18 seconds, it could mean you have a keener eye than most people.
Reddit user Equivalent_turn8115 posted the puzzle on the social media platform, challenging users to “find the wood rattlesnake.”
They explained that their wife was working nearby and was within range of the venomous creature.
“[My] “My wife almost had trouble chopping down the undergrowth with a machete,” they wrote.
The Redditor said she called them out, but they couldn’t find the snake without her pointing it out.
They also pointed out that the animal had nine rattles on its tail, but that it “never made a sound.”
The original poster was shocked by the near miss and grateful for his wife’s good fortune.
“They are moulting around this time of year so it is all the more surprising that she is not marked,” they said.
WHERE IS THE SNAKE?
The dangerous beast is difficult to spot and blends in well with its surroundings.
If you still can’t find it, take a look at the top of the photo.
Move the focus to the center of the image.
The rattlesnake hides among the various branches and green leaves of the plants.

READY FOR MORE?
As if one optical illusion wasn’t enough, there’s also a less dangerous creature to watch out for.
A frog is cleverly hidden outside, but to spot it you need a sharp mind and excellent eyesight.
In a night scene, the grass and leaves are withered and brown.
But there is also life patiently hidden in the image.
The frog is so well hidden that you should give yourself a pat on the back if you can find it in eight seconds.
If you’ve been staring at it for a while and can’t find it, fear not, it’s there.
Move your attention to the right side of the photo.
The frog is at the bottom right of the photo, camouflaged by the foliage.
