Zara Tindall praised her mother for teaching her the importance of ‘good quality clothing’ when she launched her own collection of raincoats.
The 43-year-old, who is often cited as the most fashionable royal, has collaborated with Musto and Fairfax & Favor to create a collection of coats, priced from £350 to £450.
The collection, called Odyssey, features “highly versatile” styles, including both long and short models suitable for any outdoor activity this fall and winter.
Zara, Princess Anne’s daughter, said the coats combine the strongest qualities of two of her favourite brands.
She said, “By combining Musto’s technical skills with Fairfax & Favor’s quintessentially British style, the result is a collection of jackets that I’m excited to wear this winter.’

The mother of three also told The Telegraph that her mother, the Princess Royal, influenced her core values when choosing her clothes.
She said, “My mother taught me the importance of wearing good clothes that keep you warm and comfortable when you are outside.
‘As an athlete, I spend most of my time in nature. This is more important than ever to help me stay at my best.’
Zara’s coats include the long Odyssey Waterproof Coat, which comes in dark blue or dark green and has a detachable hood.
The jacket costs £395, but is also available in a shorter version for £350.
There’s also the quilted Pertex Primaloft jacket – in both long and short versions – which retail for £450 and £380 respectively.

The mother of three also told The Telegraph that her mother, the Princess Royal, influenced her key values when choosing her clothes.
Zara said of the styles: ‘These coats are the perfect choice to stay warm and dry as the colder, wetter weather sets in.
‘I’ve been wearing Musto for years and it’s the perfect gear for riding, walking the dog and being outdoors, all of which I love.’
This comes after Zara revealed she has her own wardrobe advisor who helps her choose accessories for her chic outfits: her husband Mike.

Not only does Anne re-wear clothes from the mid-1970s, she also dusts off identical outfits, often with the same jewelry and shoes.
When asked about her recycling habit, she once said, “A good suit lasts forever.
“If it’s well made and has a classic look, you can wear it endlessly. The economy is instilled in me from birth.”
Zara, mother of daughters Mia, 10, and Lena, 6, and son Lucas, 3, has inherited this down-to-earth view of clothing.
She advised people to ‘build a wardrobe of quality investment pieces that will stand the test of time, but also have the technical finish you need’.
She added: ‘We are very good at timeless, signature styles. We know how to dress for formal occasions, but also how to dress for the outdoors.’
