Alex Pike was joined by her Manhattan plastic surgeon boyfriend Dr. Sachin Shridharani to celebrate Christmas with her family in Australia.

The celebrity cosmetic nurse, 46, shared a photo gallery to Instagram on Tuesday of her posing up a storm with her loved ones to mark the occasion.

One stunning photo shows a glamorous Alex showing off her best side in a stunning sleeveless red designer dress with a cut-out midriff.

The brunette beauty looked every inch as she posed next to her handsome American boyfriend.

Another photo shows a beaming Alex hugging her son Hudson, whom she shares with her ex-husband Leon Siebel.

The ex-AFL WAG looked absolutely radiant in the stunning photos as she loved her family at the intimate gathering.

Alex captioned the gallery with some heartwarming words: ‘An unforgettable Christmas. The perfect mix of cherished traditions and special moments.’

Alex and Sachin started dating earlier this year and the couple made their relationship public in September when the posh surgeon flew to Noosa to meet the mother-of-three’s family for the first time.

The Harvard-educated physician is one of the top names in his field and trained in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital.

The surgery star founded his own clinic LUXURGERY in 2014, which offers many of his own signature procedures, including the Tubeless Tuck.

The popular clinic is located on the famous Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, New York.

It comes after Alex’s high-profile romance with AFL legend Nathan Buckley came to an end in 2022.

Since the split, Buckley, 51, has been in a relationship with business manager Brodie Ryan, 35.
